There is no way to open up a spot in an event for a particular person on the waitlist. This would be a very helpful feature. It would also be helpful for the bar on the homepage showing tickets sold for each event to only show tickets for future event times rather than aggregating all of them (or have an option to switch to this) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After researching ticket platforms for days, SimpleTix lower fees and not having to commit to a plan were the first things to draw me in.
The platform itself is very user friendly and easy to navigate with plenty of examples available and help along the way to inspire you.
Once you've completed loading all of your info into an event, SimpleTix sends an email with a checklist of things to help make sure you covered all of the bases AND they send a list of pre-made social media posts VERY specific to your event. So helpful!!
SimpleTix is very supportive of the venue, making the experience actually enjoyable. Everything is thoughtfully executed and support is never an issue and accessible through short direct videos or live chats.
It was easy to integrate ticket sales directly through my website and all of the necessary features were conveniently placed so I wasn't in a constant loop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For me there haven't been any downsides to using SimpleTix. After using another platform for 2 years this has been a GREAT experience!
My only suggestion at this point would be being able to have a QR code specific to the venue's events as a whole, and not just separate codes for each concert/event. But that was easy to work around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
