Silktide helps to translate all issues, including complex ones - into user-friendly language for someone relatively new to web accessibility. I've learned a lot from using it and would recommend it for a business or body looking to invest in accessibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Silktide is an invaluable, must have tool for anyone with a website or application wanting to optimise their SEO, user experience or to reach an accessibility rating.
In the last 10 years I've been through a number of their competitiors offerings and have found that Silktide comes out top not only in the service it supplies, the price it costs and the always friendly and helpful staff on hand to help with any aspect.

If I have to pick a hole at all in the platform it would be the Silktide Academy, whilst the content and lessons in there are very useful, the number of courses available is unfortunately quite small. I have used similar platforms that contain a wealth of knowledge which was perfect for upskilling staff and raising awareness around important issues, such as accessibility. I enjoy how user-friendly Silktide is and how helpful our customer success manager Andy Palmer is. We meet with him multiple times throughout the year and he helps us with any queries we may have and helps to provide any solutions to problems we come across. Another feature of the platform that I like is how beginner friendly it can be and helps to give people who aren't familiar with SEO an insight into the world of accessibility and ranking. One thing we struggle with on Silktide is that the website we manage has a lot of grammar mistakes that are foreign words or names of people which are things that have to be ignored which in turn brings our score down on certain pages when it shouldn't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After using SiteImprove for some time, we felt a change was required, especially as we have just re-launched our council's website. So we moved to Silktide and are very pleased with the reports that are being delivered to us.
The ease of navigation is great, the reports are detailed and give useful explanations on how to fix an issue or how to go about it to improve the score we are currently being given.
Since moving to Silktide we have managed to improve our Accessibility score, which was the main reason for the change from suppliers and we are continuining to monitor and improve when ever we get a chance to.
Whenever we've had an issue with the system, the support team have been quick to help and we have frequent meetings with our account manager to ensure we are getting the best value for money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There aren't many, for us, as a company, it's mainly a time to get to read through all of the reports that are available to us. Some of the issues we have are template issues, which can be a problem, as we have to talk to our designers regarding this, who may work from different criteria, which can cause problems, but in all honestly, this isn't down to Silktide. SIlktide is really easy to understand and offer fantastic training. Coming into my role as a content designer, I found their educational videos useful. Silktide is used everyday and the integration with our site was easy. Their customer support is always very helpful. It is much easier to montior the accessiblity on our website thanks to Silktide. The integration capabilities, and the multitude of ways you can filter data truly allow for the user to be in control of compartmentalizing tasks, strategies, and work flows to optemize your productivity at scale. Susan Torres in particular has been an amazing guide and resource for anything we have needed. Silktide is a great platform to manage all your WCAG needs. Andrew Palmer, my CSM, is always quick to respond to emails and jump on calls even though I am located in California, with an 8-hour time difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For our team, SilkTide offers a robust suite of intuitive, useful tools across content and accessibility. The tools goes as deep as other competitors in this space but we find that it offers much more context within the interface usually.

I like how simple to understand it is - the training videos are extremely helpful to get a better insight of everything - especially Accessibility. The reports are extremely helpful in ensuring the content is accessibility friendly, and helps remove those pesky broken links!
