After trying to many different email and document signing softwares, and going through multiple hurdles of payments, gatekeeping, loggin-in etc... I fell in love with how easy, straightforward, and simple sign well is. The worst thing that can happen to you is closing a 4 digit deal and struggling to find a signature software to sign that agreement !
In short, if I would summarize signwell in 1 sentence, it has all you need from a signing software in a free version, as well as great value and great perks for the paid plan Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The User Interface, Layout, UI-UX can be improved, lots of buttons and a color scheme / brand that could be better. Shave off uneccesary buttons and focus on your differentiator : Ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SignWell excels in both ease of use and streamlined delivery. The user interface is intuitive, making it effortless to navigate through the document signing process. From uploading documents to adding signature fields, the platform's simplicity ensures a smooth experience for both senders and recipients. Additionally, the delivery process is seamless, with notifications and updates sent promptly via email, keeping all parties informed and engaged throughout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While SignWell offers an impressive user experience, there are a few drawbacks. Occasionally, users may encounter glitches during the signing process, which can disrupt workflow and require troubleshooting. Furthermore, the free account has notable limitations, such as restrictions on the number of documents that can be sent or signed within a specified period. Another notable limitation is the platform's reliance solely on email for document delivery, as it lacks the option to send documents directly to phone numbers, which can be inconvenient for recipients who prefer mobile-based interactions. After trying different platforms for digital signatures, we decided to go with SignWell because it was the most userfriendly. We wanted an App that looked professional and that would make the signature process easy and fast - and we found that in SignWell. We also liked the fact that we can have a clear view of all contracts sent/pending/completed, which makes the follow up easy for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We would have liked to have the option of Custom Branding without having to get the Business Plan since we don't need all the options of the highest plan, but we would still benefit from the Custom Branding to make our process even more professional. This being said, we might consider the upgrade in the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of understanding how to navigate the process (creation of the document and signing for partner/contractor). Things were very clear. I don't dig how some sites are covert with the steps or the pages that answer the questions I think are obvious questions or first - last steps. CLARITY and EASE! Some of the people have adopted it's use as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I didn't too much like the price initially. I thought that it should be offered at a slightly lower rate. I still do, but they are competitve and they have features that I value, like clarity and ease of implementation and navigation. It's a convenience and with SignWell, you certainly get what you pay for. It's worth it. As I add more business I KNOW I'll appreciate the rate. And contracts need to be signed frequently. So... I was surprised to stumble upon Signwell service. I have finally found the definitive answer to my question: How can I sign my electronic documents easily and fast with reasonable cost and reputable service?
Signwell is so easy to use it is delightful. You upload your own file. Define fields for sign and other data (text, date ... etc). Send the file to recipients through e-mail to be signed in parallel or in sequence. And after the recipients sign through a friendly interface, the file is uploaded into your account. That's it.
There is no need for external verfication and no third party software. You only need a browser.
The file is recognized by major PDF software e.g. adobe and foxit as a valid signature.
The service will integrate with other platforms like Trello, slack, gmail and others through Zapier.
I have contacted customer service for a couple questions and they have been very helpful even when I was on free plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing to dislike about this service for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It gives me the bare bones digital signature features I need without too much extra features or bloated interfaces. This is not going to be a full featured digital signage service you integrate into your CRM, but for businesses and freelancers that just need a way of sending and tracking digital documents this will offer you all you need and more. It works with Zapier if you want to make workflows.
This is entry level for some and an end-to-end solution to others, it's a great place to start and for many it'll be all they need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI feels a little out dated and could use a refresh, especially when it comes to navigation but it's still very functional. From what I experimented with on the signing end of things I think the instructions could be a bit more visual or supportive of the signing parties, but it's still very usable. I've found that SignWell has been a game-changer when it comes to sending and signing Master Service Agreements (MSAs). In the past, the process of getting these crucial documents signed was a real headache – endless back-and-forth emails, printing, scanning, and chasing down signatures. But with SignWell, I can now manage my MSAs effortlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You unfortunately don't get custom branding options until you pay for a business plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is the only service on the market that offers a free plan! Apart from that
There are 3 things I enjoyed mostly about SignWell. Firstly, the interface is user-friendly and very easy to navigate. I didn't have to second guess where to add the template or how to send the contract to my client. Smooth and clear.
Secondly, I appreciated the customization features. Again, it took a meature of seconds to adjust my contract to my brand.
Finally, getting updates about client activity was very practical.
And all of this with a free plan! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be honest, my experience was so smooth, that I haven't come across anything I disliked. There are features I would definitely like to test out to have more perspective. But so far, it's excellent for my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The software is very easy to use. Setting up documents was a breeze and formatting looked great. The documents don't look terribly clunky after all of the signatures come back - some software I've used will have severe misalignment or extra small signatures. Additionally, they have a robust sorting and filtering feature, though this works best if you establish and use their labels feature. (Labels behave like tags.) On the client side of things, it was very easy for them to use as well. My client base is generally not tech savvy, and I got really good feedback. I will be recommending this software to all of my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is no option to organize documents or templates into folders, but the Labels feature sort of makes up for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a software services company, our mission is to streamline operations and enhance productivity for our clients. After extensive testing and practical application, we've found that this software stands out for its ease of use, making the process of getting contracts signed and approved not just efficient, but also a pleasant experience.
One of the most notable features is the software's user interface. Setting up documents is remarkably intuitive, allowing for quick formatting adjustments that result in professional-looking documents.
From the perspective of our clients, the ease of use is equally impressive. Catering to a client base that is generally not tech-savvy, it's crucial that the tools we recommend do not add to their digital workload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
