Customer support was amazing, our HR team who are our primary users have said consitently that the quality of support and service they get from signeasy have set the bar from what they expect from other service providers, they are transparent and are intentional about understanding and prioritize customer needs

Nothing mainly because of their transparency, when we logged an issue they were very prompt to engagage to understand better , were honest about timeline for delivery and were very intentional on providing workarounds as they resolved the issue.

We use SIGNEASY every day in our company to validate orders.
It's very easy to use: just drag the documents to be validated onto the application.
The advantage is also that you can send the document for signature to several people, indicating the order of signature.
Tracking on the site allows you to see which signatory has blocked the order, and to send them a “REMINDER”, to indicate again the signature to be carried out.
When all signatories have validated the order, the completed document is sent to the requestor, as well as to the persons copied for information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In my role as a school teacher with 50+ students, I frequently send documents out for review and signature via SignEasy. It's easy to add signers and signing fields to documents, and I can quickly send reminders to those who haven't signed. SignEasy support has made improvements based on my (and presumably other user's) input. SignEasy also keeps track of my frequently used contacts and has the option to upload contacts. I wish there was a libary that I could store frequently used documents in (unsigned disclosures). Also, the most recent iteration seems to involve more clicks to add signature fields. I'm all about efficiency and automated workflows, so I don't like to copy/paste text from another source or keep uploading the same docs (and Templates don't meet my needs). Signeasy has a user-friendly and intuitive user interface which allows us to easily upload documents and signatures. Signeasy greatly saves us time in signing process as we don't have to deal with printers anymore. The best feature is probably the convenience that we can use it on the go on phone or tablet. Signeasy is one of the easiest way to get signature from client. Working from the office or from home makes our life easier by sending a document to a client to get their signature and move on with our work without waiting days to get our document sign.
