Signals provides a very intuitive software that not only helps with chatsbots being able to affectively communicate to your website visitors, but also gives marketers a great analytic tool to capture data for sales. I would highly recommend using them to know the best target audiences that come to your website. Being able to only see the company but the person from the company. Since companies have 1000's of employees it's only half the information needed. It's been great to be able to engage with customers right when they hop on our site (via chat), without having to wait until they fill out a form or just hoping they fill out a form. It's also very insightful to know which companies are visiting our site.
The Signals team has been great to work with--we definitely feel supported whenever questions come up. They are also very responsive when it comes to product recommendations we have.

Its capability to be more than just chat. I absolutely love the functionality of the chat and it's easy to build a flow, but the game-changer for me is the website reveal. Companies visiting your pages and it revealing who they are, what pages they visited and more. When you tie that into your CRM it's a gold mine of information. Just recently, we were hosting a major event that involved a live chat component. We made the decision less than 24 hours before the event to use Signals for that functionality. Their team went above and beyond and helped us build, test and deploy the solution onto our site in less than 2 hours. Then they held an impromptu training with our support team lead. Signals helped us create alerts that build a type of notification for our ICP accounts to our teams. So we can be anywhere and get a text message that an ICP account is on our site and we can then engage with them when they are there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The concept of playbooks and bots can be a bit much all at once, but it's easier to digest in small bits. We had some sloppiness in Hubspot that we had to clear before we could fully utilize Signals, but that's a company issue instead of a software issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
