Signals has so many features that are usefull for so many different teams. My marketing team can use it for lead capture, or website visitor insights - My SDRs can schedule meetings and build new lists for outbound. I do think it takes time and dedication to get the most out of this tool. Not only can I set it to watch for ideal customers landing on my website, Signals also helps me refine my ICP based on site visits. Their customer success team is extremely helpful and has worked closely with me thorughout the implementation process. They have made integration of a technical process easy through their UX/UI and customer success follow up. They are a chat/call away and I feel a high level of support. They have also provided several resources to help me employ best practices in the application of their software - e.g. email marketing best practices to follow up with visitors to my site.
