What do you like best about SigmaMRP?
Like most products, it was oversold. The features sounded great, if they would have worked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about SigmaMRP?
They sold a product that was supported by one person living in England. It does not have an accounting package - so that is an additional cost and integration step. There is little to no support beyond sales and our implementation was an utter failure - with one person visiting from England once a month and no US staff support, they do not have an implementation guide, and the "resource center" is videos of the person in England using the software. When we asked for a refund, they tried to force us to implement and then told us it was too late to get our money back and if that was not enough, they had the gall to tell us that if we tried to press them that they would sue for the remaining cost of the software that neither works nor was properly installed.
