**What do you like best about Digitate?**

It has greatly improved our IT operations by reducing the number of manual processes, and it has significant potential to increase its utility and support continued improvement. The team is very knowledgeable and provides the support we need. Continuous improvement and continuous development through identification of new opportunities by the team, and excellent partnership with our operations teams for feedback.

**What do you dislike about Digitate?**

Some use cases take longer than expected to implement because of time constraints, limited resources, and overall complexity. The documentation also has room for improvement and could be clearer in places. That said, I haven’t faced any major issues with Digitate overall, and both the product and support teams are consistently reachable and responsive, meeting our requirements when needed.

**What problems is Digitate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Handling alerts and automating various IT operations processes has helped increase the performance of our support and operations teams. It also supports health checks across the infrastructure, and the event correlation capabilities make incident management more effective.

**What do you like best about Digitate?**

I like Digitate's ability to absorb inputs from multiple sources for aggregation and correlation, helping share better insights with the SRE and sustain teams. The ability to set up notifications seamlessly is also a plus. It also helps me get a more accurate impact or initial level of analysis based on the signals and narrow down the recovery path. The support from the TCS team during the setup was commendable.

I find the UI and the ability to view the alerts and monitors quickly as a snapshot could be improved.

Digitate helps us move from reactive to proactive support, integrating insights from multiple APM sources. It aggregates and correlates data for accurate impact analysis and recovery, improving our SRE and sustain teams with seamless notifications.

I don't have major dislikes, but since Digitate works in a very fast-paced environment with cutting-edge automation, sometimes priorities shift quickly. While this is exciting, it can also make planning challenging. However, I see it as part of working in an innovation-driven company where adaptability is important.

The ecosystem approach stands out. It allows us to consolidate multiple tools into a single platform and apply AIOps across the IT stack. Ignio builds a self-updating cognitive map of our environment, which helps reduce alert noise, triage faster, and automatically resolve incidents before they impact users. The SaaS model ensures high availability, seamless upgrades, and quick scalability. Built-in dashboards and mobile alerts provide strong visibility and enable fast, informed action.

So far, the experience has been strong across the board. If anything, there is room to simplify onboarding and help new users unlock value even faster. Continued improvements to documentation and the user interface would build on an already solid foundation. The Digitate team has been outstanding. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and a true partner throughout our journey.

**What problems is Digitate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digitate is helping us tackle several critical gaps. First, it gives us the cost transparency and control needed to drive FinOps at scale, which Azure-native tools alone do not provide. Second, Observe delivers full-stack observability that helps us correlate events across infrastructure, applications, and services in one place. Third, its patching capabilities are more automated and policy-driven than what we could achieve with native tooling. Together, these features help us reduce waste, improve uptime, and move faster with confidence. Based on the strong results so far, we plan to expand to other modules in the platform.

I find Digitate Ignio to be a good tool for automation and workload management, helping our organization to monitor and automate critical jobs and business processes. IT monitoring allows prompt alerts when an issue has been detected, and a ticket is generated and then assigned to the appropriate resolution team. Throw prompt alerts, which will prevent major outages and service disruptions

One-click dashboards, which is very easy to use and check for more details if required. Prompt email alert system which helps us in checking the status of that particular problem and then take necessary action. This product is very compatible with SAP RISE as I did not see any issues with the alert monitoring from Ignio during SAP RISE migration.

**What do you dislike about Digitate?**

Navigation through the historical records of each alert sent from Ignio is difficult for me when I need the information to compare between two different timestamps/occasions.

**What problems is Digitate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BHM Dashboard which was deployed is very helpful for us to monitoring all the SAP systems at one place, instead of having to login to each system. The alert mechanism from the same helps us to take proactive action and ensure that the business processes are not affected.

The team supported me throughout every stage of the process, and I also found the product to be very robust.

The request was a bit unclear at the beginning, which caused some delays initially. However, once that was sorted out, everything went smoothly. It would be great if the initial instructions could be improved.

The Ignio team was developing a product designed to help identify the best dealers for purchasing cruise parts, as well as to assist in reducing purchase costs. I am sending data through an API using a POST request, and I have integrated that API on my end.

Feature that comes with event management tool. ignio AIOPS has helped us to reduce effort for our operations team and improved MTTR. All the feedback is taken into account by digiate team to meet customer requirement. Yuvaraj is the best resource to work from Digitate team. He is always ready to help us.

Its not easy to use like other event management tool that's in the market.

We are yet to explore more features of AIOpS and as of now we use selfhealing that which is simple and thats works  as per the expectation.

This unified observability is incredibly beneficial because it allows us to proactively identify potential bottlenecks or issues before they impact the business. By bringing together technical insights and business metrics, Digitate helps us understand the direct correlation between IT health and key business outcomes. For example, we can now see how the performance of specific applications affects transaction completion rates or customer order processing.   

The value-add comes from the ability to translate these technical insights into actionable business intelligence. ignio AIOPS has helped us to reduce effort for our operations team and improved MTTR. With its advanced algorithms, it reduces alert noise, translates validated alerts to incidents and resolves incidents without any manual intervention. Maintains log of each action for audit purposes. Efficient tool for both Infrastructure and Application Landscape.

So far, there’s nothing significant to dislike. Digitate has consistently met expectations, and any minor challenges we’ve faced were quickly addressed through their responsive support and continuous platform improvements.
Recent Version Flamingo has introduced lot of analytical capabilities which were lacking earlier

We use Ignio as one of our Automation/ monitoring tools , it performs really well in monitoring environment  and flagging any identified anomalies , We have also carried a few automations which has helped to reduce the effort hours and are planning for few more in future

We need More direct involvement , but for now its very limited.

**What do you like best about Digitate?**

We are very happy with the technical stability of Ignio in SAAS. Once Ignio (Holcim use cases) were migrated to SAAS, technically, it is very stable, and we have not faced any major issue. At the same time, we have saved many activities related to the Infrastructure management. The flexibility and positive attitude of the Digitate / Ignio team is appreciated. As well for understanding Holcim needs, open mind, and I can confirm that the current Digitate team can manage the support of existing use cases and the building of new ones. I mean, the quality of the deliverables by the Digitate team, use cases, is good and no major issue on them.

**What do you dislike about Digitate?**

The migration project and activities for existing use cases, from premise version to SAAS, were hard and could really be improved and could have been managed better. The Digitate team did not manage this project correctly, and in the end, I (EMEA Holcim) had to take the lead and control for this project. Finally, it was successful, but thanks to Holcim team effort. Digitate did not prepare in advance all the elements for the migration, the constraints, etc. I think that Digitate had to be more professional and to industrialize the process of migration to SAAS (that once was done, it was ok). The migration activities, supposed to be managed in a couple of months, took 6 months or more, three times as initially planned, and it took huge effort for stabilization. This kind of activities are supposed to be defined and prepared in advance. The project was supposed to be defined, built, and led (under Holcim supervision) and it was not the case. Now, we are working on the standard roadmap of Ignio vs. Ignio roadmap for Holcim EMEA and expect to get organized and ready for the plan for 2024. We need a better view of product features in order to match with our business needs.

Ignio is automating many support services (for our customers, countries in our EMEA scope) which means benefits such as shorter completion time for those requests, or avoiding human mistakes. From this technical point of view, Ignio is working fine.

I had limited interaction with the TCS automation team as the Business Process Owner but Ignio was able to automate large parts our user access request process. A time consuming part was automating the training verification process (connecting to our LMS), to creation of application user accounts as well as reactivation and deactivation of accounts.
Ignio was able to save a lot of time not only for the System Owner, Business Process Owner and TCS support by removing the human interaction for some of these tidious tasks. The Ignio support was also very responsive when issues were found during testing and production.

**What do you dislike about Digitate?**

The TCS team implemented the automation and I as a Business Process Owner was not exposed to any of the technical complexities; however the implementation seemed to have gone well.

**What problems is Digitate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ignio removed the need to manually review user manaual training certificates from users, user account creation, reactivation of existing users and deactivation of accounts when required. Ignio is able to interact with ServiceNow and add updates to request tickets, assigns appropriate workflows and sends notifications to business users instead of I or the Help Desk sending the notificaitons.

**What do you like best about Digitate?**

Ignio is helping us to automate large parts of a user access requests. Basically from automating the the training verification process, to creation of application user accounts as well as reactivation and deactivation of accounts.
We've worked closely with the TCS automation team, who took us through the whole process by explaining every step and suggesting best or better approaches. The team listened very well to our needs and helped very well to enable a solid and stable implementation of our requirements. Ignio easily integrated with the application we're using and addtional use cases are currently being pursued. Support during the operational phase is very good and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Digitate?**

Given that our TCS team executed the implementation of Ignio, we've not been exposed to Ignio directly. However, this isn't necessarily something to dislike because we've not had the need to go into the technical side and associated complexities. Although I generally see that as a good approach, my curiosity of what else Ignio is capable of is still existing and not yet 'quenched' :-)

Ignio is removing the need to manually check training for users in our LMS system. Post this automated check, it takes care of automating the user account creation process, as well as reactivation of existing users and deactivation of accounts when required. Ignio interacts with our ITSM tool ServiceNow and provides updates to request tickets, assigns appropriate workflows and automates notifications to business users.

Digitate Professional Services performed an in depth analysis to determine where our greatest needs were for automation and worked to onboard those use cases in the initial onboarding of ignio.  This provided value quickly while they also trained our personell to use the product.
ignio is highly custonizable.  We have had several use cases that were unique to our environment and Digitate worked with us to provide a custom solution

**What do you dislike about Digitate?**

Support hours were not ideal for Western Hemisphere clients. Digitate has addressed that issue and there is more support available than previously.  
I would also like more complete documentation for the product especially a more comprehensive development guide for studio.

Our primary use of ignio is to use automation to eliminate human intervention in operations.  We have automations for Linux, Windows several types of databases and various middleware products.  These automations have saved hundreds of hours a week of human intervention
