What do you like best about shyftplan?

Shyftplan bietet eine Vielzahl an Einstellungen (Filtern) an, sodass man sich etliche Auswertungen, Schichtplanansichten, etc. anzeigen lassen kann.

Die Mitarbeiter-App fürs Smartphone ist super einfach zu bedienen und bietet neben 'dem Schichtplan in der Hosentasche', ebenfalls die Möglichkeit Urlaubsanträge, Krankheiten, etc. von unterwegs kurzfristig einzureichen.

Shyftplan bietet außerdem eine KI-gesteuerte Einsatzplanung an, in der vorkonfigurierte Mitarbeiter (Qualifikationen, o.Ä.) automatisch auf einen vorgegebenen Schichtplan verteilt werden. Nicht besetzte bzw. übersetzte Schichten werden farblich ausgewiesen.

Im Vorfeld wird man als Anwender (Planer) durch eine Schulung vor Ort und geballtem Wissen sehr gut eingewiesen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about shyftplan?

Die verschiedenen Einstellungen (Filter) wirken im ersten Moment sehr erschlagend. Sicherlich muss man im Nachgang noch so einige Male in die Schulungsunterlagen (werden von Shyftplan zur Verfügung gestellt) nachschauen, um bestimmte Ansichten, o.Ä. zu erhalten.

Mit der Zeit lernt man diese jedoch zielstrebig umzusetzen, damit man z.B. die gewünschte Ansicht erhält. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Shyftplan bietet die Möglichkeit die Schichtplanung bereits weit im Voraus zu planen. Bei Änderungen fragt das System einen, ob die Änderung für die bereits geplanten Schichten angepasst werden soll, sodass sich eine mehrfach Bearbeitung verschiedener Pläne verhindern lässt. What do you dislike about shyftplan?

We started with Shyftplan three years ago. As we grew and professionalized our processes with Personio, we naturally wanted to integrate Shyftplan as well. Unfortunately, this was only possible in the Enterprise Plan (too expensive for us) and with a minimum purchase quantity. We would have paid about 500 EUR for Shyftplan and 650 EUR for Personio. That is too expensive for a company with 50 employees like ours. Unfortunately, Shyftplan was also not accommodating. So really only suitable for paying Enterprise customers. What problems is shyftplan solving and how is that benefiting you?

We run a cafe and have various marginally employed staff that we need to schedule in shifts. The employees also need to record their respective hours worked so that it can be billed accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
