What do you like best about Showpass?

What do you like best about Showpass?

What do you dislike about Showpass?

Like any software platform, Showpad sometimes experiences occasional tech issues (system downtime, slow loading times, glitches). These issues are rare, but can disrupt sales activities and cause frustration when they occur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Showpass solving and how is that benefiting you?

Showpad means we can personalise content for specific customers or target audiences. This means our sales reps can tailor presentations, documents, and other collateral to suit individual prospects, enhancing the effectiveness of their sales interactions. What do you like best about Showpass?

They are an OK platform but have several issues to resolve to be competitive against a company like Eventbrite. Much of their layout needs updating concerning creating a company profile and event. It can be hard to find things at times, though once understood, it's fine. The biggest issues are customer service, which started out great but ended up taking a very long time to resolve. What do you dislike about Showpass?

If you are planning on putting on an event, I would seriously consider looking elsewhere as they will not do periodic payouts. This means that any and all funding must be paid for out of pocket. This can make putting on an event very difficult, especially if its only a few times a year. Smaller events need working capital and the company I am a part of counted on those funds to put on the best show possible. Showpass made that impossible. Until they resolve these issues, I will not be using them again. Even then, it's going to have to be worthwhile switching. I am, unfortunately, unimpressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're sorry to hear you had some trouble with customer service and payments. We want to assure you that we're doing everything we can to speed up our response times and have increased staffing levels in our customer service department! We also provide payment advances to 90%+ of Showpass contracted clients. However, in niche situations, we cannot always guarantee an advance.

What do you like best about Showpass?

Showpass is a comprehensive platform that incorporates a variety of customization options, integration methods, as well as an in-depth view of analytics that are crucial for event organizers. I like that it allows us to be flexible and have great control over ticketing our event. Having spoken to Showpass support as well, they're usually quick, kind, and always helpful. The hours to reach Showpass support are limited, especially if you're not one of the more premium clients of the platform. The fees charged may also at times be too expensive compared to other options in the ticketing industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Showpass turns the ticketing setup experience for an event pretty seamless and quick. We have utilized their easy-to-use platform to sell tickets while being integrated into Facebook and such social media platforms. What do you like best about Showpass?

Showpass does all the essentials of ticketing very well. Through assigned seating, easy to create and manage events, and a simple user-friendly interface it makes it great for an organization to utilize. Their customer support/experience team has been nothing but helpful at all times.

A feature that I am most excited to utilize for our events this summer is their Tracking Links that are fairly easy to understand, create, and provide to different customers a link to receive special/unique ticket offers and be able to track the number of sales at a glance. What do you dislike about Showpass?

There are a few features that other ticketing platforms have that I have grown accustomed to using for previous events that Showpass does not currently have such as ticket exchanges, refunds onto account, or access to view paid seats directly on a seat map as examples. However, the customer support team has consistently provided workaround solutions for all of these uses for our team, and have informed us that they are committed to bringing forth these features to their development team to be added to the program at a later date. Showpass is providing us with the platform to sell tickets and earn revenue for attendance at our games. The ease of use of the software saves lots of time and hassle, and their support team is great at coming up with and implementing solutions on the platform to some issues that have arisen internally with the logistics of ticketing/credits. What do you like best about Showpass?

Showpass provides access to all kinds of events, activities and concerts for people of all ages. If you're not sure what to do this weekend, or want to plan something fun with the kids, this is the place to go. Such a huge variety of things to do. Consider this your fun center! What do you like best about Showpass?

The experience was really smooth and it ended up being really easy to link it with my Facebook account, so I was able to complete my transaction within a couple of minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Showpass?

One of the reasons I ended up using Facebook was because I kept on trying to use autofill on my phone, but it didn't work - it would just loop me back to the same page so I had to restart. Eventually using the facebook login got me past that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Showpass?

I like that it's digital. It's easy to buy tickets. More venue information would be valuable. It works with apps. And it should have the ability to scan. I think it's the biggest name in tickets right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scanning at the event is not easy. Showpass doesn't work with you to help or problem solve your own event's real-world issues with tickets purchasers. There could be better support.
