The best part for me is the convenience of the app and the ability to use it on the go. I also really like that the system allows for automated responses to be setup, including instructions unique to each property. It also has the ability to use a phone number for people to call to book but it doesn't tie you up on the phone. It lacks other features that are nice to have (e.g., route planning/mapping, etc.). Because of those lack of nice-to-have features, we have to either allocate more time to planning or ensure our admins have capacity to support these tasks. The user interfface could also be more intuitive. Some features are hard to work out how to use. Once you do it is fine but I had to try multiple paths to sort out what I was trying to do. The ShowingTime Appointment Center features a detailed appointment structuring feature. It allows real estate agents to quickly and automatically facilitate showing requests, scheduling, and feedback. Buyer's agents can schedule appointments over the phone or online. The appointment request is then sent to any party that needs to receive notifications and accept the proposed times (listing agents, tenants, owners, etc.). Cancellation, reschedule requests, and "running late" notices can quickly be disseminated to all parties. Additionally, relevant documentation and disclosures can be sent to each buyer's agents upon appointment confirmation. This is a great time saver! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ShowingTime Appointment Center is mainly a standalone application. It does not integrate with many 3rd party applications. Although not a huge problem since scheduling protocol is pretty much "set it and forget it," analytics can only be accessed through the app itself and contacts are not synced. One major downfall to this application is anyone other than real estate agents can not submit showing requests. I like that I can arrange all of my appointments by client and then be able to map them in a way that utilizes our time best. It's also nice that ShowingTime is set up to allow inspectors, appraisers, and other needed licensed professionals to schedule time to access the homes as well. I also like that at a click of the computer mouse, I can request feedback from other agents who have shown the property. The showings calendar is also a great tool that keeps track of all your past, current, and future showings. When my listings were automatically integrated, I had to go in and manually select for other agents to be able to schedule the showings online, so there was a brief time where agents were unable to confirm their own appointments or even make a request without getting a hold of me on the phone.
