We were able to integrate separate systems (Shop Management, CRM, inventory, merchant services, messaging) all into Shopmonkey. By canceling subscriptions to all of these separate services we're saving money and allow the shop to run smoother. Less bouncing between systems eliminates human error as well.
The email/SMS messaging with customers has been a HUGE benefit. Allowing our customers to authorize work and make payments with a few clicks rather than calling in has really streamlined our workflow.
