I don't like how the system applies the shipping carrier, we use many carriers and will switch to different carriers and the system doesn't always pull the right carrier and provides the wrong tracking link to customers. One challenge is that deeper customization often still requires working within Shopify’s opinionated framework. Certain areas, especially checkout and some native reporting, have guardrails that limit how far you can go without relying on workarounds or third party apps.
