
I appreciate Shopify Plus for its ability to effortlessly handle high traffic and large order volumes, even during peak sales periods. The customization options for checkout and workflows are extensive, and the powerful automation tools significantly reduce manual work. I'm impressed by the seamless integrations Shopify Plus offers with marketing, analytics, and fulfillment tools. The responsive support that understands enterprise needs is a huge plus. While Shopify Plus is a powerful platform, there are a few areas that could be improved. The cost can be high for businesses that are still in early scaling stages, and some advanced customizations still require third-party apps or developer support. Managing complex reporting and analytics sometimes depends on external tools rather than native features. Additionally, certain backend workflows—especially around B2B pricing, permissions, or highly customized logic—could be more flexible out of the box.
