What do you like best about ShopFactory?
They were one of the first to offer multilingual functionalities. They have a lot of templates, unlimited product listings, multiple pictures, allow for self-hosting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about ShopFactory?
Sometimes the checkout page is a little confusing for some people. They also have connections with 2 other sites, which make it all a little confusing. Santu is the encrypted site which houses the order history for the customer. Globecharge is the website where we see daily customer orders, and keep track of gift certificates, and coupons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
