What do you like best about Canal?

Canal has created a platform that allows for seamless communication and partnership opportunities without having to leave the site. Communicating with new brands on how to integrate is simple and they do a great job with reconciling and communicating on finance issues with both retailers and brands. They're also very proactive in terms of tech improvements, both based on their own goals as well as our requests, that you can see implemented within a very reasonable time period. What do you dislike about Canal?

There are some limitations in terms of integrating with brands on certain platforms and though they provide a manual option, that is also limited in scope for shipping setup. The messaging inbox has some room for improvement, but they actually reached out to us looking for feedback on that and made us aware of coming changes. What do you like best about Canal?

I've had an experience, with Canal. The user friendliness is top notch making it easy to navigate and make the most of all the features. Introducing Canal into our workflow was simple and smooth helping us save time.

The customer support has been excellent—responsive, knowledgeable and always ready to help. We frequently use Canal because it consistently fulfills our requirements and seamlessly integrates with our systems.

The range of features is impressive. Each one is tailored for user convenience. Overall Canal has significantly improved our operations and productivity. I highly recommend it!

What do you like best about Canal?

Canal has made building ecomm marketplaces so easy, and their team has been a pleasure to work with! There is no 'dumb question' in their team's eyes, and they are so willing to help at every step of the process. As we are a media company first, Canal has given us the opportunity to seamlessly and easily connect our content to commerce and get our audience connected to the brands we love and showcase. What do you like best about Canal?

Setting up and connecting to my Shopify store took less than an hour. The reporting and order management is clean whether you use their platform or your Shopify store's analytics tools. We were able to connect to a social selling platform through Canal as a new sales channel. Product management is also seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Canal?

900+ suppliers are availalble through their platform and it doesn't require our team to search for individual poc. Canal proposal flow is quick and within 3 days thousands of skc are availalble to be added to our Marketplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canal?

Learning how to use Canal dashboard to find what inventory is approved/availalble. Slightly confusing to start, but after a couple of tries then it's intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Canal?

Canal was incredibly easy to connect to our WooCommerce store using the Canal plugin integration. Once everything was connected selecting which products to make eligble for sale was easy as flipping switches on and off. From a fulfillment standpoint all of our orders flow through the system seemlessly which makes things way easier on our production team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canal?

Organizing inventory was a bit confusing at first, but once you visit the help center and read a couple articles to find what your looking for it is fairly straight forward. What do you like best about Canal?

I've been using Canal for about 6 months and love it so far. I am able to set up dropship agreements seamlessly & in minutes, and the interface is very easy to understand. So far, using Canal has helped us sell more units monthly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Canal?

We have been using Canal for a while now and it's been a game changer for us. The onboarding process was very easy and seamless, the customer success team helped us a lot along the way. Canal offers a great opportunity for boutique brands to showcase their products on different platforms and boost brand visibility, sales and AOV through partnerships.
