What do you like best about ShareVault?

I was new to the concept of building a VDR for the company before I spoke to ShareVault. From the outset, the team in the US could not have been more supportive and helpful to bring me up to speed and fill in all my knowledge gaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShareVault?

The interface is sometimes not as intuitive as it could be, but this is a development potential for the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ShareVault:

Spend a lot of time on set up. Create a good document taxonomy that reflects your potential M&A candidates. Mirror your ShareVault offline. Create a diary for updating ShareVault through the year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ShareVault solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's allowed me to focus on what docs in the company are important. It also allows me to rationalise the true IP that we should stage for exposure to various 3rd parties, from board members to investors and, ultimately, parties with M&A potential.

What do you like best about ShareVault?

I appreciate that Share Vault allows for a lot of content to be shared with various individuals across multiple organizations. The mass content that can be shared via cloud through Share Vault is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShareVault?

Often times the software will not download documents properly on Mac software and will have to restart multiple times before the documents will open or download for use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Good customer service support in terms of customer interactions and proposed solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShareVault?

Site is a little laggy. That said, i do not have any comparators (experience with other dataroom) to compare my experience.

While customer service support is good, it would be great to have a real-time, 24-hour support in case of emergencies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ShareVault's easy user interface makes setting up VDRs swift and pain-free. The reporting is best in class, and we have never experienced any accessibility issues, which is critical when relying on VDRs for rapid yet traceable information dissemination. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sharevaults "tagging" system for organizing data rooms provides a lot of flexibility for creating multiple data rooms from a single set of files. The security and permission controls are also very flexible and it is clear how to implement them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ShareVault?

Pricing tiers differing significantly based on size of storage required is difficult to understand given how cheap and readily available cloud storage is these days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
