This was the only one way to engage people inside the organization to increase their activity on LinkedIn. They was afraid of creating their own posts and not sure what they should write about. From a user’s perspective, the platform offers pre-prepared content ready for publication on LinkedIn, which can be modified before posting. The content allows for the inclusion of images, videos, surveys, or PDF documents. Additionally, the platform features an integrated AI module that helps users create their own content by generating post ideas or writing content based on a given topic or URL. With the help of AI, users can also improve their content or translate it into dozens of languages. Posts can be scheduled in advance, allowing users to set a specific date for publishing on LinkedIn. All of these features provide great value to users by saving them time. From an administrator’s perspective, managing an employee advocacy program is made easier with the platform’s built-in statistics module, which helps analyze the effectiveness of the content. I’m satisfied with how the platform works. The only issue that can sometimes be troublesome is the lack of clear error information when creating content. For example, when I create content using a video, sometimes the file doesn’t upload to the platform, but there is no information indicating that the issue is due to the file size being too large. The platform is easy to use, and many employees don’t even need instructions or an introduction to start using it. The user interface is simple and enjoyable, while the advanced options for scheduling and categorizing publications make content selection easier and meet the needs of employees participating in the ambassador program. I also greatly appreciate the excellent technical support from the Sharebee team, the direct and straightforward communication, the advisory support, and most importantly, their openness to our needs. Among other platforms to promote social selling that I've tried, I would like to top up Sharebee for:
- the ease of use (I'm deligted with how intuitive it is - both on the user's part as well as the administrator's side)
- customer service is way beyond the expectations
- UX/UI makes the app self-explanatory
- although simple in use, the tool includes a number of features that can be composed in a very engaging advocacy programme
- additionally, thanks to a well thought-through infrastructure, the app allows various levels of content creation levels - from minimum effort (when time is not our friend at the moment) to self-created posts.

I have been active on LinkedIn since 2012, starting as a recruiter for a few years and later becoming an Employer Branding Expert. In 2019, I had the pleasure of first encountering Sharebee, a competitive provider and business partner in delivering employee advocacy solutions on social media, mainly on LinkedIn. At that time, as Philip Morris in Poland, we were not as well-known and were keen on building a natural ambassador program on LinkedIn with our employees. From the beginning, we received excellent support, a tool in the form of a platform, project management, and complex plan for our program journey, including goals, KPIs & animation.
In the Sharebee platform and their program aimed at employers for building Employee Advocacy, the following elements definitely stand out:
- new user-friendly generation platform has a great UX. It allows managing the Employee Advocacy program anywhere and for dozens to several hundred users (it can be customized and tailored to the needs of companies). It's easy to use & integrate.
- excellent customer service with the highest level of quality of resolving/managing requests and providing animation for programs
- introducing improvements in the program, proactively asking for feedback, and implementing it
- comprehensiveness of the tool/program - all data, user information, gamification, content, and governance processes in one place - all of this makes life easier - for users & project leaders

Their scalability versus clients. I wish them to have an even larger team so they can also work for more and more clients (especially international companies). This is a solution that motivates and teaches users how to properly navigate LinkedIn. In this way, even sceptical people are able to start using social media and see the value in it. The tool is easy to use and very intuitive. Sharebee offers support on many levels. Their customer service is top notch. The implementation process went very smoothly. Sharebee has changed our company's approach to Employee Advocacy. We received not only a tool but, most importantly, support in building a culture of sharing and engagement. Personally, I am still very impressed by how the Sharebee team adapts to the needs of each organization. You can really tell that they care.
One of the greatest values they offer is continuous training and support. They don’t leave users on their own after implementing the platform but actively train employees, helping them feel confident in their role as brand ambassadors. Even in our large bank, everything runs smoothly and intuitively.
What are the results? The brand becomes more visible, employees are more engaged, and the presence on social media looks natural. To sum up, Sharebee perfectly combines modern technology with real support, ensuring that everything aligns with the company’s values. If I had to point out something for improvement, it would be the mobile app, but only if I really had to. Mainly because some interface elements don’t always scale well on smaller screens.
