What do you like best about Seventh Sense?

I love seventhsense. It has many positives. My favorite is the staggered send. When SS sends for you, it staggers and drips the emails throughout the day so that you have higher deliverability - especially when you are sending to a lot of contacts in the same company. SeventhSense also works to interpret user AI on when they are most active in their inbox - they use that data to get the email into the inbox at the precise right time. You have a dashboard on seventh sense that also reports out on how well these email campaigns are performing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Seventh Sense?

I do not have too many things to say on disliking SS. The ONLY thing I can think of is the extra steps required only while using Marketo. You do have to create a different delivery list and run it through the campaign to populate the list. That is the only negative which is not too bad, and it still is not considered an enormous con. What do you like best about Seventh Sense?

We had the challenge that our contacts were not engaging with our email marketing campaigns our open and click rates were between 4 - 5%. We needed to find a solution to keep contacts engaged with our email campaigns. Using seventh sense it helped us improve our email engagement metrics, our open rate now is between 18% and 37% Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Seventh Sense?

Before the release of the new workflow extension, it was not easy for our marketing team to use webhooks and workflows, they required switching between multiple browser tabs, but now with new workflow extension is super easy to use, amazing support from Mike and his team. What do you like best about Seventh Sense?

Works really well with HubSpot's workflows tool to seamlessly automate a tailored approach to sending emails. This has transformed how we send both newsletters and more ad-hoc emails by helping us to really ensure they get sent at the the right time for each person. Also able to work flexibly with trying out new things and love the ability to monitor email list decay / engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Seventh Sense?

I guess I wish there was more of a native HubSpot integration as getting a new user set up requires them learning the process for sending using two systems, but this isn't something which stops the tool's performance, more of a preference / user experience thing. Seventh Sense is great because it allows you to take full advantage of the content you've already spent so much time putting together. You can do as much as you can as a marketer to get your content to the right people, but Seventh Sense helps you get it to the right people at the right time. Once you are familiar with the tool it is a very easy to create a repeatable process to set up every email campaign to send through Seventh Sense.
