I love seventhsense. It has many positives. My favorite is the staggered send. When SS sends for you, it staggers and drips the emails throughout the day so that you have higher deliverability - especially when you are sending to a lot of contacts in the same company. SeventhSense also works to interpret user AI on when they are most active in their inbox - they use that data to get the email into the inbox at the precise right time. You have a dashboard on seventh sense that also reports out on how well these email campaigns are performing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not have too many things to say on disliking SS. The ONLY thing I can think of is the extra steps required only while using Marketo. You do have to create a different delivery list and run it through the campaign to populate the list. That is the only negative which is not too bad, and it still is not considered an enormous con. We were using Hubspot a lot, but really without focus. Sevebth Sense helped us run better campaigns but fine tune it. We can test them with different versions to see what was effective or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I guess I wish there was more of a native HubSpot integration as getting a new user set up requires them learning the process for sending using two systems, but this isn't something which stops the tool's performance, more of a preference / user experience thing. Seventh Sense is great because it allows you to take full advantage of the content you've already spent so much time putting together. You can do as much as you can as a marketer to get your content to the right people, but Seventh Sense helps you get it to the right people at the right time. It doesn't work with date-based workflows in HubSpot and you have to come up with some creative workarounds to optimize the first email in an automated sequence which can sometimes cause extra steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Once you are familiar with the tool it is a very easy to create a repeatable process to set up every email campaign to send through Seventh Sense.
