It is very helpful for me to find a call with a word or keyword. By this way, we could able to find our calls that we can change our process. Before Sestek, I used another tool, but it was not accurate as Sestek. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Language analysis should be improved. Exceptionally german and english language voice analysis rate is low. This should be improved by Sestek by using different companies jargon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
