What do you like best about SessionStack?

Lightweight and extremely powerful tool for session replays. They also have a co-browsing feature that allows you to track what your visitors are doing in real-time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SessionStack?

The funnels functionality is a great idea, yet, it's a bit limited at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SessionStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to watch our users' and visitors' sessions replays. This is helpful for multiple things - finding bugs, UX issues, areas/features that are more or less utilized that expected. By looking at the replays we can make more sense of the hard numbers coming from our analytics, since the replays provide the context behind these numbers. What do you like best about SessionStack?

We use SessionStack to gauge the engagement of our active users. It provides metrics like

number of logins, time spent online and many more, but the best is the ability to watch real user

What do you dislike about SessionStack?

We wish some features were easier to use. Like masking data fields, or URL

We watch the session replays of our users mainly for customer success purposes and churn

prevention. It works great, as we can learn things we’re normally not hearing from the

What do you like best about SessionStack?

Embedding SessionStack inside our app was pretty straightforward and their replays include

everything that my team needs - browser output, keyboard and mouse inputs as well as all sorts

What do you dislike about SessionStack?

The downside of session replay in general is that tracking scripts can be easily detected and

SessionStack allows me and my team to improve the user experience and identify bottlenecks

in the conversion process. It is also great for accessing the DOM directly and reflecting most

What do you like best about SessionStack?
