Sessions offers such a seamless platform that navigating your way around it is effortless, but the best feature is that, unlike other video meeting style platforms, there is no download required for the other attendees. Also being able to have all your meeting content at your fingertips makes every online meeting flow perfectly, particularly for onboarding new clients. I honestly don't know how I managed this process before Sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There seems to be some concerning funding issues which have been publically aired by the founder/developer of Sessions, which indicated the possibly lifespan of Sessions may be sugnificantly shortened if they do not find the funding needed. Further to this though, lately the software has been glitchly, preventing logins, spinning icons preventing pages from loading, making the software unreliable or dependable for its intended purpose. While the system’s UI looks nice, it’s overshadowed by the frustrating bugs. If Sessions.us could address these issues promptly, it would be a great platform. Unfortunately, our experience has left us deeply dissatisfied1. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our experience with Sessions.us has been deeply disappointing. Despite some positive aspects, the product’s numerous bugs and lack of responsiveness have significantly impacted our operations.
Bugs: The product is plagued with bugs and according to their replies, they know about it. For instance, changes made while editing meeting agendas were not saved. Additionally, using custom SMTP to send event emails from our address was ineffective. Every response from support was "We are aware of this issue and working on fixing it as soon as possible."
The damaging event: During our third event, attendees and even speakers faced insurmountable issues. Despite registering, they couldn’t join the session, we had to send them a link to Teams. This not only disrupted our event but also damaged our reputation.
Silence from Sessions: We reported these critical issues to Sessions two weeks ago, but they did not respond. We even escalated to the CEO, yet still no reply. According to their product information, they should respond within 48 hours, which clearly didn’t happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the high quality of the video, that you can light blur the background, and the transcription function. I really like the basic set-up for the Booking function; others have commented on how they liked getting the reminder emails from "me". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish for more audio functionality & better dial in from a phone functionality (is often problematic if you try to join via your phone). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to set up. Easy to bring new people with no experience of Sessions into a meeting. Relatively straightforward features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Non-existent customer support is incredibly frustrating. They also don't seem to have made any improvement to the product over the last year I've been using them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am a SEO content consultant, and using Sessions daily, and I just loving the UI/UX of this tool. It has all the features that one needs to have to arrange and hosting meetings, webinars, and events. Literally, no tech knowledge is required. You can implement and embed your booking pages easily on your websites. And even integrate it with other apps through API and webhooks.
I personally love the AI copilot feature that allows me to generate agendas within seconds. Their customer support is super responsive.
Overall, I'm just loving it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's not much that I don't like. However, there's always room of improvement. I'd love if Sessions improve their loading speed and add/do some minor features/changes, like ability to duplicate booking pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great alternative to Zoom - even better with the scheduler included. Very easy to setup and use, having 1:1 meetings or presentations with slides ready in just a few clicks. Webinars are also easy to setup, with custom landing pages and meeting agendas. The meeting scheduler successfully replaces Calendly. I can setup intake forms before the meetings or follow-up emails after the sessions. I like to have all the tools in a single app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love to see a better quality of the video recordings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sessions proves to be a compelling alternative to Google Meet, offering a seamless meeting experience with its distinct features. What I like best about Sessions is its intuitive interface, providing a user-friendly environment that facilitates smooth communication. The platform's unique selling point lies in its emphasis on privacy. Sessions employs end-to-end encryption, ensuring that our meetings are secure and confidential. This commitment to privacy sets it apart from other video conferencing tools, making it an ideal choice for sensitive discussions and business meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One notable downside is the limited integration with third-party apps. While Sessions excels in providing a secure environment, its compatibility with other productivity tools is somewhat restricted. This could pose challenges for users who rely on a diverse set of applications for their workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My go-to Meetings, Webinars, and one-on-one trainings and customer walkthrough solution.
Sessions is AI-powered and make transcribing your meeting a piece of cake.
You can have teammembers in the background, streamlining your webinars like a pro.
I literally love everything about this Software.
and a great team as well that takes your feedbacks seriously. Oh and have I mentionned it is so easy to use? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a beginner with Sessions I was more than happy how easy it is to get into the tool, customize and use it. It is runnig stable in high quality - what else do I want?
I tell you: a just had a meeting with the support 'cause I had one short question. Carla was great, she took time to show me some highlights within Sessions and now I am even more in love with that tool.
My highlights:
💠 Agendas I can create to use for myself only or to share with participants. Here I can store picutures, documents, forms and all I need
💠 The Q&A-tool, which allows participants to ask question (with name or anonymous), share it with the community and other participants can mark it as interesting for them as well. So I can easily handle large events and take care of all questions.
💠 GDPR compliant - not cool, but necessary

Not well known in Germany yet - but I am sure it will break through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I appreciate most about Sessions is its flexibility and customization options. I can quickly set up an instant meeting with a personalized name, and even tweak the colors of certain elements to align them with my brand. This is part of the whitelabeling option, which also allows for a custom logo and domain. Inviting attendees is a breeze; I can either send them an email invitation or a direct link. What's more, I have the choice to let them join automatically or approve their entry manually. The platform also features a chat where files can be uploaded, a Q&A section, and even attendee reactions to gauge engagement. To top it off, there's a rating system at the end of each meeting, providing valuable feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of my main concerns is the default language setting. The platform automatically sets the language to English, requiring my Spanish-speaking clients to manually switch it, which can be cumbersome. I'd prefer an option to set a global default language. Additionally, the automation and analytics features are quite basic and could use some enhancements. Even with the whitelabeling option activated, the loading icon and the browser tab favicon still display the Sessions branding, which detracts from the fully customized experience I'm aiming for. These are minor issues, but they do impact the overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
