What do you like best about ServiceSource?

The system, although a little slow to learn, really has helped in understanding what our customers need to generate positive closure. What do you dislike about ServiceSource?

It was hard to get consistent help from the same person or team. Don't knoe if that is due to high turnover or just their process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ServiceSource solving and how is that benefiting you?
