The complete "records of fact" in one place -- auditable for compliance and cross-referenced for history Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceNow Security Operations?

May be local install, as well as the completeness of information; however, it sometimes seems a tad slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ServiceNow Security Operations solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to interface with SecureWorks and Splunk events has been a great help. A security review can be stepped along the workflow process and either handled as an SR or converted to a Security Incident (SI). As an SI, there are SLAs and assignment records, as well as postings of what occurred all along the way to resolution. Many fields can be prepopulated with values that are common, which allows the agent to move more quickly through the ticket or to change the default values. Also, as data is typed, smart-lookup suggestions of possible text completions are provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about this application is that it provides a summary of the vulnerabilities from the point of view of the infrastructure security of the company, allowing to identify and quickly correct the technical weaknesses of the technological platforms of the departments.
