ServiceNow has vastly improved our various access request workflows. Allowing it to easily pass between key approvers before it gets executed by our IT team. it is letting us see in a general view all the different security incidents and VITs we have across all the systems. before we had to check each different product or scanner when have and that is time consuming in order to do the job which is, resolve the SIRs, VITs, and Threat hunt.
