Love that administrators can easily learn how to change forms and workflow. Really good for true ITSM adoption. It is logical how each module flows to the next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Out of box views of Items, Change, etc are limited (we can't easily add our custom fields). Non Admins can change views in the dashboards for everyone...or we haven't figured out how to lock it down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
