What do you like best about ServiceNow IT Service Management?

Love that administrators can easily learn how to change forms and workflow. Really good for true ITSM adoption. It is logical how each module flows to the next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Out of box views of Items, Change, etc are limited (we can't easily add our custom fields). Non Admins can change views in the dashboards for everyone...or we haven't figured out how to lock it down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is nice with pop-out tabs and favorites, it can make routine tasks quick. List views and filters make it easy to track work through lists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reporting capabilities of the program seem very limited. It may have been due to the way my organization was using it, but we were unable to get the ticket insights of the analytics we wanted to see, such as the daily count of tickets received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
