ServiceNow has no idea about ITIL, they took ITIL and flipped it upside down.
Their system is broken and doesn't work properly.
Imagine you go to a car dealer to buy a new car. You pay the money and you get the keys. When you get outside to pick your new car you see a bunch of parts in a pile. So if you want to drive your car you need to put it together.
This is how ServiceNow works. What is worse is that some parts are missing and some are broken.
We have issues with ServiceNow and reported the issues, after few weeks of investigation they just told us that they don't know how to fix the issue. How amazing is that???
We nicknamed ServiceNow into ServiceLater, because that's what it really is.
I was not the one who made the decision to buys ServiceNow but I have to manage it and try to leave with it and with my pissed employees now.
