It is easy to use and intuitive. I am able to quickly create tickets. It makes it easy to manage tickets as well. There are several different options in which to sort my tickets, too. It is great for creating reports. The reports are easy to created. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Service Now sometimes randomly lags. It may be due to the number of users. It is usually not a huge hurdle, though, when it does happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything:

ServiceNow has no idea about ITIL, they took ITIL and flipped it upside down.

Their system is broken and doesn't work properly.

Imagine you go to a car dealer to buy a new car. You pay the money and you get the keys. When you get outside to pick your new car you see a bunch of parts in a pile. So if you want to drive your car you need to put it together.

This is how ServiceNow works. What is worse is that some parts are missing and some are broken.

We have issues with ServiceNow and reported the issues, after few weeks of investigation they just told us that they don't know how to fix the issue. How amazing is that???

We nicknamed ServiceNow into ServiceLater, because that's what it really is.

I was not the one who made the decision to buys ServiceNow but I have to manage it and try to leave with it and with my pissed employees now.

If you are the one making the decision on whether to get ServiceNow or something else. I recommend you to look for something else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
