It is a platform that provides a lot of help, mainly in the management of ticket issuance. It has an excellent support team available to respond to any request. We consider that there are a few dislikes that we have encountered with the use of the ServiceNow platform. Still, we notoriously identified that if you start to move away from being a small-medium business and start handling reports with big data, it tends to be late responses.
