It is a platform that provides a lot of help, mainly in the management of ticket issuance. It has an excellent support team available to respond to any request. This platform can manage run books, customer views, work order status and tickets. It is highly recommended to streamline many tasks and do them with better efficiency. We consider that there are a few dislikes that we have encountered with the use of the ServiceNow platform. Still, we notoriously identified that if you start to move away from being a small-medium business and start handling reports with big data, it tends to be late responses.
