What's not to love about Service Now? The sky is the limit regarding the plethora of available features available. From ticket categorization, design, and reporting to Request and Change Management, chances are whatever you need, Service Now can handle. I'm not sure if this is specific to our particular deployment, but there can be periods when the application takes longer than usual to load pages. I believe this is mainly an internal network issue and not anything to do with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
