The best part of this product is that it's ticketing tool. Every record is available in tabular form which can be easily accesed, modified, deleted, updated as per the requirements. Once you will have the basic knowledge of this tool, you can work on other modules as well just after adding the plugins of all other modules Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For the module - Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro). The interface of the product is bit complex. Also the naming convention for the table is hard to remember. And, hence, sometimes difficult to find the table.
