What do you like best about ServiceNow IT Service Management?

The best part of this product is that it's ticketing tool. Every record is available in tabular form which can be easily accesed, modified, deleted, updated as per the requirements. Once you will have the basic knowledge of this tool, you can work on other modules as well just after adding the plugins of all other modules Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceNow IT Service Management?

For the module - Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro). The interface of the product is bit complex. Also the naming convention for the table is hard to remember. And, hence, sometimes difficult to find the table.

For others it could be positive thing but I find it difficult only for SAM pro module Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ServiceNow IT Service Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am SAM pro module of Servicenow. Wherein I manage the software license compliance by reconciliation of available software license and software deployment. It also helps me in minimising software spend and cost cutting and budgeting for software spend. It helps me find the software installations in my company. It helps me in getting the hardware inventory as well. And i can easily monitor and track them even from my mobile as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
