When I was looking for some best ITSM tool, I found Servicenow and it was my best decision to choose Servicenow as my ITSM tool. I am very happy with the features like OOB functionality for Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge management. It provides us a complete set of workflows and logics to manage the ITSM.
