What do you like best about ServiceNow Now Platform?

It provied varity of features, like number of tickets handing, tracking the SLA and generating reports.

Its useage is very simple for those who also dont have prior knowledge of ticket handelling.

Easy to understand the concept and increase the use in any oganisation.

The process has been around for quite some time and improvements are happening every 6 months. It is just getting better and better. In integrates with other processes managed withing ServiceNow or third party tools.

It's easy to use, addresses every required aspect of any good incident management service, easier to clone existing incidents, once click resolve and mitigate, easy to copy shortened URLs and share in email and other business platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI needs to be more responsive. It works well for big-screen monitors. But looks very bad on a laptop screen. Very small viewing area in the laptop screen for actual incident details. This needs to be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
