What do you like best about ServiceMonster?

I like that I can schedule, route, email, mail my database easily within one program Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceMonster?

The reporting needs work and the call center function needs completion in the newest update. My call center cannot use the current version to schedule and the billing for the call center is very time consuming. I also don't like that I can't print all AR invocies easily. What problems is ServiceMonster solving and how is that benefiting you?

Service Monster makes it easy to schedule our routes and keep in contact with our customers. Utilizing one program with automated reminder emails saves me time and makes our company more productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ServiceMonster?

I found the product easy to use very streamlined and technicians find the app easy to use as well. Because it's easy to use does not mean that it doesn't provide all the reports and information you need. That's there as well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Internet based software is frequently slow and sometimes inaccessible. Integration with other software isn't as robust as I would like. Bidirectional email and texting with blasting would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Service monster tries to have every feature that anyone would want or need. the result is that it can sometimes be a little complicated so there is a learning curve to get things working the way that you want them to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
