Their team is responsive and helpful whenever I reach out with a query. They make sure the issues are resolved quickly, which adds to a smooth experience.Coming to the ease of use the platform is user friendly, and it doesn't take much time to get used to it. its easy to navigate. Nothing to dislike but can be improved loading time at times , certain features take a bit longer to load , which can be sightly frustrating , especially when I'm in a hurry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ServiceDeck gave my business opportunity to make it successful in all directions. It's about receiving, scheduling, distributing and sending the invoices. What do you like best about ServiceDeck?

The best part about servicedeck is that it acts as a single stop solution for document management, process scheduling and assigning the task to the on-field operators.We can easily track the assigned jobs, see the progress status and the history of tasks performed over a period of time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceDeck?

One of the very irritating things is while onboarding the workers, it sometimes offer glitch such that I have to renter the work information. The integartion with HRMS should be seamless and the other critcial thing is that they push the status of each status on the screen which can be avoided Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
