What do you like best about ServiceBell?

I love the live feed that enables you to see what are your website visitors seeing. I also love the ability to do live calls and screen sharing. It's proven to be very useful!

ServiceBell allows us to track closely what are our visitors seeing, giving us the opportunity to jump in when a visitor is in a high-intent page. It's also serving us a augmented chatbot to solve visitors questions. Additionally, it lets us know whenever a known lead is on the website in case we want to intervene and help them find what they are looking for, thus, it helps us improve our relation with our users. The solution gives us insight into the prospects and instant access as they are learning about us. We can address their questions immediately and provide value from the first moment. We have been able to generate additional leads outside of the normal funnel. Our sales team can control the sales messaging and cycle from the first interaction. Servicebell provides a good software which allows a company to connect with their clients in a easy way .

It helps us to categorise our clients with three categories which make our buisness much easier than earlier. Service bell is good with easy to understand software which looks like familiar with a good costomer support which really helps to clear problems very quickly. Sometimes it arises problem with low coustomer support and little bit glitches. Sometimes problems arise that make the platform unstable.This platform is quite an expensive subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I expected to have analysis with individuals that were visiting my site. With ServiceBell, I can see authoritatively who is on my site, which parts of the site they are visiting, and call them straightforwardly. What do you like best about ServiceBell?

It turns our website into a "retail like" experience, where we can start a video chat with anyone visiting our site. We can see live activity on our site in real-time. This has helped us find issues, get real-time feedback and, most importantly as people are building an order, and at just the right time offer help and support so they become happy customers. What do you like best about ServiceBell?

Not only can I provide live chat assistance, I can also engage customers via audio/video calls. It is like facebook messenger+google meet combined which is awesome. We are in need of a platform that not only engages customer through chat but calls as well. There are instances that we need to have audio/video calls w/ sharing screen features, much like google meet or zoom, for us to be able to provide a stellar customer experience. Servicebell provided all of that and more. Because they also have the capabilities of integrating with CRM tools, it made our life easier when we need to pull up or save needed customer information. What do you like best about ServiceBell?

As a startup with a lean team, ServiceBell has been a game-changer for us. ScreenSpace provides a platform for marketers to create self-guided buying experiences through immersive storytelling. Although powerful, it can sometimes lose that human touch.

ServiceBell's live video chat feature has helped us re-introduce a personalized and authentic connection with potential leads, improving our conversion rate and client relationships – while complimenting our PLG motion.

As a hybrid tool/agency, the CS capabilities like screen takeover allows our creative directors to interface more seamlessly with our clients inside our platform.

The integration with HubSpot is seamless, making lead tracking, alerts, and record updates extremely easy. The video voicemails provide a unique, personalized touch and help us maintain momentum even when we're off hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceBell?

Though the benefits outweigh the drawbacks, the video-centric approach might not appeal to all our prospects. Some visitors may feel a bit overwhelmed or uncomfortable with the instant video engagement. Update → as of this week, they just released a new outbound audio-only call option.
