What do you like best about Serpstat?

I like that with Serpstat, you have all toolkits you might need just in one place. It's a perfect solution both for experienced and beginners in SEO, the interface is pretty easy to use. Rank tracker and site audit are my favorites, I use them the most. Serpstat often releases new updates and new tools and sometimes it is impressive how fast they come up with new ones, so I'm sticking with these guys from now on. What do you like best about Serpstat?

Serpstat shares the data about SEO Optimizing and competitors' stats similar to other tools such as ahrefs and semrush. The better thing is cost is so competitive and gives better insights when the uses are so specific about Keyword research, Site Audit, Domain Analysis and Backlinks details. "Solid all in one SEO tool - great for organic keyword research"

What do you like best about Serpstat?

The strongest side of Serpstat is keyword research. It's super fast and easy to get tons of good keywords. Outstanding API access for all pricing plans.

And even now that Ukraine has been attacked by Russia:

* not a split-second of down-time

* the app is continually developed further - rapidly!

* the quality of their database stays very high (I use several SEO tools and I routinely compare search volumes, positions etc.)

A few points I noticed in the years I have been using Serpstat:

Credits:

If you want to do something, go ahead, do it. You will not run out of credits. Everything is calculated very generously.

Keyword research:

* Organic keyword research is superb, with powerful filter options, related keywords, keyword suggestions etc.

* Good PPC keyword research function, but it's the organic research where Serpstat excels

* Lots of cool features like you can upload a keyword list to get keyword suggestions for all keywords in your list.

* Filters. They are powerful. Choose AND or OR logic, combine filters, save filter configurations ... These filters are available throughout all the functions.

* Clustering function

Technical audit:

* Solid audit function with many parameters, nothing spectacular, but fit for purpose

Backlinks:

* In general a basic backlink tool, but has special features like an overview over outgoing links, scanning for malicious link donors etc. Again, lots of powerful filters.

Service:

* Super fast response of their people using the chat function.

* If you report a problem, they research it thoroughly. If it's your mistake, they help you how to use their product properly. If it's a bug, they fix it and tell you when it's done.

* If you ask for a new feature, there is a good chance they will consider it.

API:

* API access is included in every pricing tier. (Wow.)

* Good documentation with programming examples provided

Pricing:

What do you dislike about Serpstat?

The keyword traffic estimates seem too high.

The backlink tool does not have a page-level authority value, only domain-level.

They told me they are working on a new PPC keyword tracking functionality. The current PPC keyword *tracking* function is quite basic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If your main purpose is keyword research, but you also need some backlink and site audit functionality, Serpstat might be what you are looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Serpstat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Serpstat mainly for keyword research in German and English, technical audits and keyword tracking. It excels in all these fields. We use Majestic for link building, but Serpstat's backlink tool is a good supplement with some functions Majestic does not offer.
