What do you like best about Sendoso?

Sendoso is easy to set up and use. They have a large catalog of gifts and I love the holiday additions. The customer success and account management teams are top-notch as well. What do you dislike about Sendoso?

Not much to dislike. One step in the process that was annoying was creating the Salesforce campaign if you want to track campaign performance but a recent update took care of that. Now you can create the Salesforce campaign in Sendoso! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sendoso helps us create more value by providing a personal touch to our marketing efforts. It's also a great way to automate direct mail programs. What do you like best about Sendoso?

I like it theoretically. It would be great if there was a service that could simply and easily send your company's swag and a variety of other marketplace items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sendoso?

The fact that you can't send one-off physical mail items to an individual is maddening. This is not a complete product. Support is not super helpful. Our customer success manager is checked out. The site is slow and confusing to navigate. And it's crazy expensive for what you get. It's been three months since my team implemented this and we've not had a successful send yet. What do you like best about Sendoso?

I grew up watching my dad bring donuts to his customers every morning. He was top notch sales person who saw a lot of success. Since I work in a remote environment, I didn't have a way to replicate that kind of generousity sales style before Sendoso. I'm a huge fan, and so are my customers. Since I started using Sendoso regularly I've seen an increase in meetings scheduled and quota attainment! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sendoso?

I wish that funds weren't taken if the person didn't redeem them, although I think understand the consequences of if that wasn't the case. I also wish a certain amount of funds would roll over into the first week of the next month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I work with a lot of working class blue collar customers who value personal connection. They see me as just another Zoom Sales person until I separate myself from the pack. egifting is charged per send, not per redeemed. Many times people forget to redeem and we have to resend the egift and get charged again. We just have to include this in our budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sendoso has been a game-changer for our gifting campaigns. It eliminates the manual work of sending out gifts and eGifts, automating the process while providing tracking info and branded emails—saving us time and internal resources. With a vast selection of gifting options and seamless Salesforce integration, we now have full visibility into campaign performance across teams. What do you like best about Sendoso?

1- How it allows me to create a more personal and human touch with my prospecting.

2 - I love being able to send flowers for special events and promotions!

3 - The Amazon plug-in is great!

4 - The notecards that get delivered with the packages.

What do you dislike about Sendoso?

1- Sometimes I wish there were more options that didn't require me to confirm the address of the other person.

2 - I hardly ever have a positive experience with the gift cards (i.e.: coffee gift cards) for new prospects and I'm not sure why.

3 - I wish there were more handwritten card options.

4 - I wish I could save key contacts in my Sendoso account so that I don't need to keep retyping their address when I want to send them someting again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is helping me create a more warm introduction. I hope that they see the item that I sent and smile.

What do you like best about Sendoso?

Sendoso is a great way to provide incentives for clients and to show appreciation of their business! I love the range that Sendoso provides from a coffee gift card to a lunch, or an amazon GC. I've had so many clients show appreciation which has lead to great relationships. In a more remote world now, it's the equivalent of taking a prospective or solidified client out for a drink or meal. What do you like best about Sendoso?

The customer service from sales, customer success and support have all been pretty stellar! They've basically alleviated all of our pain points from our previous vendor.

Quick responses from support, timely sends for events, and proactive follow ups are just some of what they do for us.

Shipping costs, and the cost of production/SWAG could always be lower. :)

We had major issues with our previous fulfillment team. Sendoso's fulfillment team is all in-house so they're able to handle things much quicker and coordinate internally as needed to prioritize or shift things as needed. We've been able to turn things around VERY quickly, which was always a problem before. Sendoso also has a number of ways to automate things which we haven't even dived into yet. Lots more to do. We've had a great opportunity to build both marketing and sales campaigns at a scale that would not be possible without this tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sendoso?

There are a number of flaws when trying to build large campaigns. A system is put in place by Sendoso that can make sends very difficult and tedious. Even when building out a program for "surprise & delight" Sendoso requires addresses to be confirmed. This falls onto the shoulders of a sender and can require multiple additional touches just to get items sent. Sendoso can also make it quite difficult to track down invoices and expenses. Often, a send will require multiple charges per send making reconciling a chore at best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sendoso?

I was blown away by the demos I received from Nick Petrillo and overjoyed that we were able to get in and start using Sendoso quickly. The sales cycle was very fast and I attribute that to the discounts we received, which were priceless so to speak for the small but growing company I work for.

Andres Canas Murillo might be the best part of Sendoso. He responds immediately and is incredibly kind, helpful, patient, and everything I could ask for during the onboarding. Also, Claire Wallace is amazing. This duo has made this company manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sendoso?

I'm about to go on a tangent but absolutely nothing is intuitive or easy to use. Adding our inventory from our previous warehouses and other people's homes into this system was a total and complete nightmare. When was the last time this team did a thorough review of that process? Even the small things like button placements just make everything about this harder. Then, once you add the inventory you have to wait a century for it to be uploaded and give you the ability to create a send notice with it.

Poor Andres has had to listen to me asking 1,000 questions, most of them over and over because this program just has so many "quirks" and bugs that you need to get used to or just know that it acts like that.

It is also NOT easy to do something simple like send someone a t-shirt from our inventory. We have to create a whole campaign then do the second send step just to do something that should be SUPER easy.

We're having to upgrade to unlimited event sends because our primary usecase for Sendoso is for field marketing purposes. Storing items to send back and forth between tradeshows, etc and we were only given FOUR opportunities in our base package to do this. That definitely felt like a bait and switch during the sales process. We are still waiting on Lin Yar to give us information from our legal team on the logistics of how this works so we can even get this approved. Until then, we are doing everything manually — and by we I mean me, the brand designer.

This entire experience (MINUS ANDRES AND CLAIRE WHO ARE AMAZING) has been kind of a nightmare and so incredibly time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

NOTE: WE ARE NOT USING SENDOSO FOR ANY OF THOSE USE CASES.

What do you like best about Sendoso?

Ability to instantly create a warm outreach with cold prospects. It's really easy to send out a couple quick Amazon gifts everyday that will help you get contact with a prospect within the week. Because of this, I'm using Sendoso ~4-5x per week right now.

What do you dislike about Sendoso?

Wish we could disable the automatic marketing emails. I've had one before that fired off to the wrong contact that the gift wasn't sent to, created some confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
