Sendoso fits into the integrated marketing machine. They are fully integrated with SFDC, offer integrations to Marketo and Xant, and make it easy to get setup.
They also handle funding sources in a thoughtful way. You can create sends and give a budget to BDRs, set up separate funding sources for other campaigns or groups, and keep track of everything with their analytics.
The big plus, and what really makes Sendoso a valuable partner, is the project management and customer success teams. I'm always able to get help with setup and potential issues. They have helped me execute ambitious ideas, and they have saved me dozens of hours per project. They also will warehouse items for you.
Sendoso helps provide an attention-getting personal touch to campaigns. It helps prospect companies know your emails are not mass and from robots. Little touches like logo tape, handwritten notes, and delivery notifications help get opportunities. We've actually been complimented for our mail campaigns.
Direct mail and egifting are working for us. We can credit Sendoso directly with over $1 million in pipeline in our first few campaigns.

The UX is a little confusing at times and can be a little buggy. The UI when creating touches is sometimes not intuitive. That being said, I know they have updates to the interface on their roadmap. It's a little slow -definitely not a dealbreaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like it theoretically. It would be great if there was a service that could simply and easily send your company's swag and a variety of other marketplace items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fact that you can't send one-off physical mail items to an individual is maddening. This is not a complete product. Support is not super helpful. Our customer success manager is checked out. The site is slow and confusing to navigate. And it's crazy expensive for what you get. It's been three months since my team implemented this and we've not had a successful send yet. I grew up watching my dad bring donuts to his customers every morning. He was top notch sales person who saw a lot of success. Since I work in a remote environment, I didn't have a way to replicate that kind of generousity sales style before Sendoso. I'm a huge fan, and so are my customers. 1- Sometimes I wish there were more options that didn't require me to confirm the address of the other person.
2 - I hardly ever have a positive experience with the gift cards (i.e.: coffee gift cards) for new prospects and I'm not sure why.

Sendoso is a great way to provide incentives for clients and to show appreciation of their business! I love the range that Sendoso provides from a coffee gift card to a lunch, or an amazon GC. I've had so many clients show appreciation which has lead to great relationships. In a more remote world now, it's the equivalent of taking a prospective or solidified client out for a drink or meal. The customer service from sales, customer success and support have all been pretty stellar! They've basically alleviated all of our pain points from our previous vendor.
Quick responses from support, timely sends for events, and proactive follow ups are just some of what they do for us.

We've had a great opportunity to build both marketing and sales campaigns at a scale that would not be possible without this tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a number of flaws when trying to build large campaigns. A system is put in place by Sendoso that can make sends very difficult and tedious. Even when building out a program for "surprise & delight" Sendoso requires addresses to be confirmed. This falls onto the shoulders of a sender and can require multiple additional touches just to get items sent. Sendoso can also make it quite difficult to track down invoices and expenses. Ability to instantly create a warm outreach with cold prospects. It's really easy to send out a couple quick Amazon gifts everyday that will help you get contact with a prospect within the week. Because of this, I'm using Sendoso ~4-5x per week right now.

Sometimes it requires a lot of enablement with my reps but that is just the nature of bringing in a new tool to someone that is not used to using something like this.
