What do you like best about Sendlane?

What do you like best about Sendlane?

What do you like best about Sendlane?

The interface is incredibly intuitive. Email service providers can be quite complex, but with SendLane, I was able to figure out how things worked almost immediately. It's very easy to get started, if you're new to email service providers, or moving over from another one, you'll definitely be pleased with how easy it is to get started. The customer support is the best I've ever seen on any email platform, and believe me, I've used a lot of them.

Another feature I really like, is how it will give you the ability to do automatic list hygiene. This was incredibly tedious to deal with on other platforms. Now, I can automatically segment out my inactive subscribers on my list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sendlane?

What do you like best about Sendlane?

I love Sendlane! Been a client for over a year now and there’s nothing short of what this platform can do. It’s ultra robust and give me the power I need for my business and getting more data. The automation is easy to build, the segmentation is deep and the email builder is easy for non-technical folks like me. They gave me the power that usually requires an expensive $100k+ a year tool like Salesforce or Bronto.

The email delivery is amazing and so is the support. We were able to increase our email open rates by over 25% - this is due to following the direction of the support team as we took on their recommendations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sendlane?

I can't really say anything at the moment. Their support has been A+ and their platform features and functionalities are incredible especially at the price point in comparison to their competition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I highly recommend you use it. One thing that was important for us was support. The support with SendLane has been the best we've deal with so it has removed a lot of headaches we've I highly recommend you use it.

One major challenge in the past is moving an email list to another providor has been challenging. With Sendlane the team helped us and I cannot think of how they could have made it easier. They were there to help us every step of the way and even recommended ways for us to optimize our email delivery, so we had an increase in our open rates by over 25% when we moved our list to their platform. What problems is Sendlane solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automation and deep segmentation to build out audiences as it's important for our message to be crystal clear to our customers as we have them across a multitude of different audiences and verticals.

When we first moved over we were able to increase our email open rates by 25% - so this was hugely beneficial for us. The Sendlane support team and their attention to detail really stood out to us as we've tried a number of different platforms to help us with our email delivery and so far our experience with Sendlane has been remarkable. What do you like best about Sendlane?

We appreciate the fact that the Sendlane support team is extremely knowledgeable and really take the time to assist with any issues. In addition, the leadership team is just as responsive. It's not very often that you are able to get in contact with the CEO of company to discuss strategy. They are really vested into the success of their users and it shows. What do you like best about Sendlane?

The combination of the simple to use interface and "commonsenseness" of the software, combined with it's advanced and powerful features makes it a complete home run.

The automations that it comes with are as good as many advanced CRMS, but you can get it at half the cost, and you get all of the power of the best e-mail provider around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
