SendinBlue allows you to create a stylish email in 5 minutes. The contacts importation is fast too, you can simply add an Excel with all contacts and SendinBlue will recognise each email and automatically eliminate duplicate or non-existent emails.
It also allows you to schedule the sending of each email on a specific day and at specific times.
The free version is capable of sending 300 emails per day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The edition of the email could be more complete. For example, it would be nice to have the possibility to customize the amount of images and text in each chart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Brévo for sending transactional emails and newsletters. The application is perfect for my business which is in development. It is possible to send 300 emails per day and that is already substantial. It is possible to make contact selections with multiple parameters to best personalize the target. I recommend it 100%. For the first steps with Brévo, it is crucial to carefully consider the desired categories. For my part, it took me a little time to understand how Brévo works. I did not find many tutorials on YouTube. For those who are not comfortable with computers, I recommend a small training session with a freelancer for initiation and setup. I’ve been using Brevo for automating email campaigns to both customers and personal trainers, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The platform is incredibly easy to set up, and the user-friendly interface makes managing campaigns a breeze. It allows me to efficiently stay connected with our community, and the automation features save me a ton of time. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable email marketing platform! While I really appreciate the email automation features of Brevo, I haven't set up the SMS functionality yet. The process seemed a bit time-consuming, and I haven't had the chance to fully dive into it. I hope it becomes more streamlined in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I actually really like almost everything about Brevo. Before I ended up at Brevo, I switched providers every few years because something didn't work and the conditions changed. I was never really satisfied anywhere. Brevo is now my home, where I feel completely comfortable. I appreciate creating the emails - it's easy, modular, and constantly being developed further - even though everything is already really good. I also use the automation - it works perfectly. The support is fast and always helpful.
I rarely give such enthusiastic feedback because I am critical. But as I write it, it is indeed true, and I have already recommended Brevo and would always do it again.
By the way, one aspect I find important: The server locations are within the EU - this is important to me and to my readers as well.
So anyone looking for a functional and non-annoying email program for their own newsletter is in the right place - especially but not only for those who want little to do with technology, who just want it to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are aspects of automation that could be solved more elegantly and better. I also miss the possibility for users to add or change their data – or have I simply not found it? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Brevo has been a great ally in our email marketing strategy. The platform is intuitive, offers powerful automations, and allows for easy creation of personalized campaigns. The segmentation options are excellent, and the analytics provide clear insights into campaign performance. Additionally, the delivery of emails is very reliable, ensuring that our messages reach the audience without issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although Brevo has many excellent features, the usability of the email editor could improve. Sometimes, the design of the emails gets misconfigured, the platform becomes a bit slow, and this makes the creation process difficult. If the editor were more agile and stable, the experience would be even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’ve been using Brevo for a few weeks now, and I have to say — I’m thoroughly impressed! Having switched from another popular email marketing program, I was initially hesitant about making the change, but Brevo has completely exceeded my expectations. Honestly, I don’t miss my old platform at all!
From the start, Brevo made the transition incredibly smooth. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, which made setting up my first few campaigns a breeze. I was able to import my contact lists without any issues, and the platform’s segmentation and targeting tools have already helped me improve my open and click-through rates.
One of the standout features for me is Brevo’s automation capabilities. Setting up automated workflows is straightforward, and the level of customization available allows me to create highly personalized email sequences without feeling overwhelmed. The drag-and-drop editor is also a game-changer — it’s user-friendly yet powerful, making it easy to design professional-looking emails without needing a background in design.
I’ve also noticed that Brevo’s deliverability rates are excellent. My emails are landing in inboxes, not spam folders, which was a recurring issue with my previous platform. Plus, the detailed reporting and analytics tools give me clear insights into how my campaigns are performing, allowing me to make adjustments and optimize for even better results.
Another thing worth mentioning is Brevo’s customer support. On the couple of occasions when I had questions, their support team was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful — a refreshing change from the long response times I was used to with my previous provider.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with Brevo. It’s a powerful, user-friendly platform that has already made a noticeable difference in my email marketing efforts. If you’re considering switching from another provider, I highly recommend giving Brevo a try — you might find yourself wondering why you didn’t make the switch sooner! Haven't found any yet, I love the dashboard and there are plenty of ways to ask for help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's functionality: It's not complicated to use and you can create an email in minutes, rather than hours that looks great and does what it intends. I also like the phone function and that I can have a business number, and receive calls through my mobile with no fuss. It's all so easy. I'm now looking into the WhatsApp service - which is going to be a game changer and again solves another problem for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes I struggle with the alignment in email, but really it's a small complaint. I can usually get it to work how I want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the fact that I can use this great tool for FREE to send out our quarterly newsletters to supporters via email marketing. It has been a wonderful tool, and one that I recommend to other Missionaries! I LOVE the tools that Brevo gives the user to add new recipients and all of the post-sending tools that let you see how many viewed the email, how many had delivery issues, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't know if there is anything yet that I dislike! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the best things about Brevo is that I don't have to pay to store my contacts. I only pay for the amount of emails I send. This makes it convenient to not worry about storage space/limits.
I also really love the feature where I can send out emails over a period of time rather than all at once. This makes building segments less work because I don't have to worry about size or sending multiple copies of the same email template.
It's very easy to use and only took a few brief training sessions to get my team ready. Now they comfortably work in Brevo daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the email automation builder was a bit more fleshed out. It seems like your contacts don't get filtered out based on unsubscribed and just continue to move through the flow (even if they aren't getting emails). It makes the deliverabilty reporting look very low. It would also be amazing to be able to do A/B testing in an automated flow. It would also be nice to have more report pulling capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about Brevo is that we don't have to use different platform for managing our marketing and transactional emails. It becomes easy to handle both in single subscription, plus there's no daily sending limit on all plans. I also find the templates and email builder very polished and intuitive. I think Realtime sync between Brevo and CRM lists can be improved a bit. I faced issue with syncing my CRM list as all lists were not getting displayed within Brevo so I can manually synce when I need to add updated contacts from CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like most is that I can create an email marketing from scratch very quickly and it looks very professional. The templates also help a lot and I would say they cover all the needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The management of contacts and mailing lists, I think, could be improved. I always have some difficulty managing contacts. The program could automatically resize images (resolution and pixels) to be used. I would like to be able to send 2 attachments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
