What do you like best about Seismic Content?

The most helpful thing about Seismic is having all of your content and resources in one easy-to-locate area. It's easy to navigate and search for materials if you forget exactly where they are. I also love the connectivity with different apps! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Seismic Content?

The only thing I can think of is that sometimes when you find resources that you can't download and have to view on the platform, the content area screen is small, and you have to zoom in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Seismic Content solving and how is that benefiting you?

I haven't had any problems with Seismic. I benefit from using Seismic by finding all of my resources efficiently! I love all the apps connected to it, such as LiveSocial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Seismic Content?

I love that Seismic keeps everything in one place! No more digging through old folders or wondering if I’m using the right version of a document. It’s our single source of truth for all approved marketing content, sales playbooks, and messaging. Plus, the insights into what’s actually working help us fine-tune our strategy instead of guessing. What do you dislike about Seismic Content?

If I had to pick something, it would be Planner/Projects. We originally had high hopes for it, but it doesn’t quite fit our project management needs since a lot of the content we work on isn’t housed in Seismic. Since it’s designed specifically for tracking Seismic content, we’d still need a separate tool to manage everything else, which isn’t ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before Seismic, keeping sales and marketing aligned was a struggle. Now, everything’s in one place, so there’s no guessing or hunting for the right content. What do you like best about Seismic Content?

I find Seismic to be not only user-friendly for all our Sales and Marketing folks but also super user-friendly on the admin side. We are able to do all of our content and learning management in one place, which allows us to keep track of it all. We get great and useful insights and metrics on content usage. Having tools within Seismic connect with each other is also such a bonus, like the 'Add to DSR' Feature, workspace, and Meetings. I just love it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Content Managment, External communication for our sales team, collaboration with Marketing, Meetings-Insights and recordings. What do you like best about Seismic Content?

Updating to add - the team at Seismic has been great in rolling out newest innovatons for testing with their customers and allowing those customers to connect with product management to get feedback to the teams working hard on innovation. It's nice to be included as part of the product design as the innovation is developed.

Ease of platform functionality lets us build specific hubs for the sales teams on topics they are most interested in and streamline where the teams are finding the latest and greatest information. We've gotten the platform integrated with Salesforce to allow writeback functionality and ensure the teams are able to keep a log every time they communicate with customers. The analytics allow the marketing teams to develop the right content and get it offered up to sales for internal and customer use.

I've worked with Seismic in a few companies now and the customer success and sales teams are wonderful to deal with and always so helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Seismic Content?

Ease of syncing documents - if we have multiple teams uploading it's difficult to remember/see that hey this document might already exist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Seismic may have lacked some features historically vs some competitors as they also expanded in more enablement areas than others, but the récent development and strong roadmap convers these gaps more and more Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It enables to centralize content, provide to teams the intel and materials they need when they need it, and aggregate engagement data from both internal teams and prospects and customers. What do you like best about Seismic Content?

Seismic LiveDocs are an incredibly powerful tool when automating financial reports. Once you have experience and have built knowledge over years, it can be used to save a significant amount of time and effort during quarter and month end processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Seismic Content?

The LiveDocs tool has not received many upgrades while the web app has seen regular updates. Updates have all been focused on the end user experience, and have not addressed feedback from developer community as much as I would like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Seismic Content solving and how is that benefiting you?

Seismic allows our team to connect data sources and automate financial exhibits. Since I am reconfiguring how these LiveDocs are built, maintenance looks to be more streamlined in the future. It is a powerful platform, with a lot of capability and flexibility in set up and design. It can be overwhelming to decide how to build and map things on the back-end as well as which features to train your teams on. Seismic shows what content is valuable to our sales teams and customer base. With the ability to easily view engagement on assets by specific user, user group, location, market, etc, we can better track how our marketing and support content are being used and which pieces are important to our teams. With these data-based insights, we can focus our efforts on creating more materials that results in revenue and less time on things that don't seem to matter. What do you like best about Seismic Content?

Seismic is all around a top tier platform with various options for our sellers to execute and streamline their deals. From updated content reminders, Guided Assembly for easy Pitch Deck Creation, to Deal Rooms to keep our customers/prospects engaged.

When I shop for a new tool, I'm never looking for a Vendor I'm looking for a Partner, and that is exactly what Seismic has been for me. From my CSM, to the Support, it's an easy no brainer that the Seismic Team is there to support us. What do you like best about Seismic Content?

First of all. the platform can't get more intuitive to use for sellers. This great sales enablement tool has so many options and it keeps getting better with every release. They are very open to feedback and adding more capabilities to the platform, so sellers and marketing really have everything they need in a one-stop-shop. We also on our journey to use Seismic Learnings more, so far with great success training our sales teams. Their customer facing teams are just the best, always have our best interests in their minds and helping us reaching our organizational goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Seismic Content?

For admins, the UX could be more intuitive (e.g., creating non out-of-the-box reports or adding to the existing ones can be a bit painful). However, they have online tech support that can quickly help you with anything that you can't find or doesn't work for you, but I wish the reporting will improve over time. It helps us keep nurturing our prospecting accounts and keep engaging with them in a meaningful way. They have all the material they need and many options to customize and perosonalize content.
