We pride ourselves on our simplicity and ease of use. We're not trying to be yet another traditional LMS, we're trying to help solve the training problem in a new way and our customers love us for it.

What do you like best about Seismic Learning?

As a Lessonly user, I love this software's standout features. First and foremost, I appreciate its intuitive and user-friendly interface. Navigating through the platform is a breeze, and I quickly familiarized myself with its layout and functionalities. This ease of use has significantly reduced the learning curve, allowing me to create and manage training content without any hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?

While I have had a positive overall experience with Lessonly, if I were to highlight one aspect I find somewhat lacking, it would be the limited customization options for the user interface. While the interface is generally intuitive and easy to navigate, it would be beneficial to have more flexibility in customizing the look and feel of the platform to align with specific branding or organizational preferences.

Currently, the customization options are somewhat limited, primarily focusing on adding a logo and selecting a color theme. While these basic customization features are appreciated, having more control over the layout, fonts, and overall design elements would be advantageous to create a more personalized and cohesive training environment. Streamlined Training Process: Lessonly simplifies creating and delivering training materials. It provides a centralized platform where employees can quickly develop, organize, and access training content. This streamlines the training process, saving time and effort for both trainers and learners.

Enhanced Engagement and Retention: With its interactive and multimedia-rich content creation features, Lessonly helps to create engaging training materials. This results in higher learner engagement and improved knowledge retention. By making the learning experience more enjoyable and interactive, Lessonly increases the effectiveness of training programs.

Improved Performance and Productivity: By providing comprehensive tracking and analytics capabilities, Lessonly enables organizations to monitor employee performance and progress. This data-driven approach allows for targeted interventions and personalized learning paths, improving performance and increasing employee productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Seismic Learning?

Curriculum is easy to create and then use as a template for future training needs. If you need to create a certification path it is incredibly easy to do with this tool. Assigning courses and/or certifications paths as an admin and completing them as end end user is easy to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?

The reporting functionality is lacking in Seismic. I would love to be able to easily run a report on a certain course. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The easy and clean interface makes it very to understand. When it comes to its navigation, the drop down makes it easy and not confusing to follow the progress that you have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?

Maybe the progress of each lesson and the timing. You can open the tabs or pages in different tabs and that makes it easier to cheat on or to go back when answering the questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the problem of creating individual quizzes and exams or courses for each agents. You will just assign the course and it will be done by the agent, as easy as that! And it shows the stats and that is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Seismic Learning solving and how is that benefiting you?

There's only one thing problem that Lessonly helped me to resolve and which becomes benefiting me. Lessonly is reliable in terms of being the knowledge base of our company. Whenever I forget a process in my work routine, I can easily grab the specific lesson in Lessonly, which I could review my past answers and its correction.

Beneficial because it keeps my history lessons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
