What do you like best about Seismic Learning?

What I like about Lessonly is it gives me the tool that I need specially when it come to product knowledge this was very helpful, Since I am in the industry of Customer Service the most important thing I should learn is the product that I am promoting aside from it is easy to use like for example I do have a coaching , practice , training this tools helps our team to expadite our knowledge about the product. The lessons explained with the help of animations has proven it to be a very useful onboarding tool.

The videos lessons helps in learning and knowing the onboarding content.Best tool for the onboardinng process for companies

Friendly interface.

Sometines there are glitch while uploading a video when in a session.

What do you like best about Seismic Learning?

The automatic reports, unique reviews, how many retakes a person took to pass the lesson, pass rate, who else is incomplete, and we can set overdues . Compared to Ace, Lessonly is a lot more user-friendly and simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Seismic Learning?

Since Lessonly is simple, it does not have any features like in ACE wherein questions are presented in different ways and more interactive. For example, in order to avoid learners from skipping certain topics or pages, they would have to finish the entire video first or click certain parts of the page before they could be taken to the next part/page. Curriculum is easy to create and then use as a template for future training needs. If you need to create a certification path it is incredibly easy to do with this tool.
