Saving a lot of time. Employees do not need to wait on an answer from a trainer. Instead that can ask questions and receive an instant response as long as the data is uploaded into Obie. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I loved the ease of use, the ability to get to the information I needed at the click of a few buttons. Very relevant set of data was provided with the very vague search terms I used. I use Obie for QA, mostly retrieving company wide data, documents, official procedures by using the keywords. I find this to be amazing. I get instant access to whatever document anybody has ever created, uploaded or used in my company and i only need to type a keyword to search by. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes i do find it a little difficult to get the right keywords and i end up not getting any results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is helping me get instant access to company wide documents, procedures anything that i need in a matter of seconds. How easy it is to reach out to Obie support and have functions and issues addressed and worked on in an incredibly timely manner Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are still many limitations in Obie that don't allow for much flexibility in terms of searches and results shown Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Seismic Knowledge:

Obie is a young and developing AI system that has a large window of opportunity for growth. Its potential shows and it promises great results if you work through the system and with the Obie team.

Deploying Obie is easy. Getting the project off its own ground can be a journey but once you've managed to get the information you need inside Obie and you communicate properly to your team how to use Obie, best practices when using Obie and the different methods and show them the availability and functionality of Obie you will quickly start seeing the results you are expecting.

Do not be afraid to ask for help from the Obie staff. I've been in IT for 6+ years now and they have one of the fastest and best support groups i've worked with in my time. They want to make sure the product is working FOR YOU and FOR YOUR TEAM. Obie doing its job is their #1 goal and they strive to make sure that is achieved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
