I love that I can open Obie up in the extension while I work. If I receive an email asking for a document password or need to pull up a presentation I can simply click on the Obie extension, do my search and be instantly connected to what I am looking for. Obie is very helpful and it's difficult to even think about something I dislike! However, the only downside (sometimes) is when I do a search in the extension but put in an incorrect keyword. Its ease of use is something that stands out at all times, in fact, the ease with which you can create content, perform analysis and monitor the results is something quite impressive, these tasks have been helping us to improve a lot of tasks and processes within our company in a fairly simple way, their customer service is quite fast when responding to any questions or requests that may arise during the use of this application on our part, the fact that allows me automating and digitizing a large number of documents and processes in a fairly simple way also turns out to be very practical for us. To be honest I have no complaints about the use of this application, everything has seemed quite efficient and practical about its use, which for me turned out to be quite a surprise since I did not expect this type of efficiency about this application for bad experiences with similar applications. I like that I am able to have access to information that I need for work with a few keyboard strokes! I just type in the keywords and (not even full sentences) the information I need comes up! User-friendly search especially for a newbie like me who has a ton of information that I need to learn. Very useful for someone who also isn't great with organizing information. I personally would prefer that the search results will pop out as an overlay rather than showing on the same screen where I searched. Obie has made managing constant changes easier than ever. With a constantly changing environment, Obie has helped tremendously in keeping our sales reps up to speed with the right and correct information. It can be difficult when responding to requests when they only use keywords as there is no name attached to the request or question. Also, it can be difficult to refine questions and understand accuracy since there is no easy way to tell which results are being returned for each question.
