I love how quick it is to access obie, and how instant the response is. I also like the variety of answers that Obie will supply in case the first one does not answer your question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Obie is not perfect and doesn't know some answers, but that will come with time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Obie's intuitive interface keeps things simple while still being able to deliver an incredibly powerful set of resources. All you have to do is type in a regular question or a couple of key words and Obie will search your resources for you. Plus, the more you use it, the smarter it gets! There's very little to be critical of. There is a natural growing period as you build your resource library, but as more and more team members contribute and as you extend your library of information, Obie gets smarter and more precise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Obie is a rapid-response resource for getting questions answered. Waiting on a human response is a gamble but Obie gets back to you with multiple suggestions in seconds. There's almost limitless capacity for answering common or uncommon questions. Also, the Obie support team has AMAZING people working for them! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Obie doesn't always understand the question perfectly because its hard to know how to phrase to match the answer you're seeking. Some answers will have overlap with other topics that aren't totally on point, so to Obie's credit there are many answers given, but you might have to try multiple ways to get where you're going. The best thing about Obie is the Slack integration. If one of my team members asks me a question, I can instantly enter that into the Obie knowledge base and then that Q&A will be there for future team members that might have the same question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The education and team adoption rate is still something that I find to be more challenging internally. I am, by nature, a much more tech-savy person when it comes to new systems. But I do think that if we can continue to communicate to our employees how useful of a tool this can be, our efficiency will only grow.
I've also found that it would be nice to have a "Clear all" button inside of Slack that removes my latest Obie results from the thread so that it's not clogging up whatever channel or direct message I'm viewing. I've found out that I've naturally started "deleting" the Obie results after I get the information that I need to keep those channels clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like it how it not only have one answer but different options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish it was updated with other answers that are more technical Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It helps me find answers when I'm not sure where to go and it will often give me the source of the answer so I can look into it further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish is had the date the answer was created or the source was found from. Things are constantly changing and I want to be sure I'm getting the most up to date information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Great, I really like how easy it is to use it and I also like that the language to use it is simple Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

sometimes you have to scroll through pages of answers in order to get to the correct one Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I feel like Obie is a google search that gives you the answer you want super fast in a specific area. Also I feel that As I have learned to use obie my work efficiency has been extraordinarily better as I have learned to learn faster. Work harder. Become a self stater and not just feel stuck. I feel that many times there are employees in company's that are stuck that just are not humble enough to really just ask for help. I do ask for help. A lot. And sometimes I feel like learning can get on my boss's nerves which I don't want. so I Use Obie! If he can't help which 90 nine percent of the time he can then just ask someone but man he is the way to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When starting he might not be programmed with every answer in the book. But he solves that problem as the coders insert the answers to the most asked questions. So it is a problem but the thing about the problem is the problem its self actually gets solved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
