Seismic has had a significant effect on my working style particularly in the aspect of platform setup. In as much as it is necessary, I would say that it is quite commendable in the manner in which it enhances information sharing and collaborative work among the team members and their readiness. The feature of the feedback exchange is one of the helpful features that I noticed in this software since it enhances the training sessions’ effectiveness and engagement level. There is one problem with Seismic though, in terms of synching documents. One of the problems that can occur is, where several people in the organization make a habit of uploading files with the same name at different times, it becomes tiresome to upload new files.
