What do you like best about Seismic Content?

I like how everything is in one place for our sales field. It also helps us track things that we weren't able to before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Seismic Content?

Sometimes it can be too much at once, but that could be how our tenant is set up. A lot of push for AI when it's a hefty price tag is a bummer too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Seismic Content solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Seismic Content?

Seismic makes it super easy for your Sales team to find and share content and to see how it's resonating, and for Marketing to track what content is adding value. They are very customer centric and have a robust customer advocacy program to share best practices and provide direct input. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Seismic Content?

Ocasionally have some sort of functionality issue where it seems that better automated testing could have prevented it from occurring in production. Seismic has taken this feedback seriously and improving in this area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Seismic Content solving and how is that benefiting you?

Makes it very easy for Sales to find relevant content by defined tags and to share content with customers and prospects and to track how it's resonating. This has saved hrs of searching in multiple different systems to find collateral or reps defaulting to old versions saved on desktops. What do you like best about Seismic Content?

I have seen Seismic change the way my team sells at 3 different organizations. I love that Seismic Analytics can help us see the true impact our enablement efforts are making on sales KPIs; we've seen decreased ramp times for new hires, larger average deal sizes, and more reps hitting quota.

The integration of Seismic Content and Seismic Learning has made the user experience even more seamless and positively affected adoption for our team.

What do you like best about Seismic Content?

Seismic has had a significant effect on my working style particularly in the aspect of platform setup. In as much as it is necessary, I would say that it is quite commendable in the manner in which it enhances information sharing and collaborative work among the team members and their readiness. The feature of the feedback exchange is one of the helpful features that I noticed in this software since it enhances the training sessions’ effectiveness and engagement level. In the management of the operations of the platform, I have been able to establish the improvement of the efficiency of the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Seismic Content?

There is one problem with Seismic though, in terms of synching documents. One of the problems that can occur is, where several people in the organization make a habit of uploading files with the same name at different times, it becomes tiresome to upload new files. The requirement for approval on all new content

reduces opportunities for duplicate content pieces

the tagging aspect and ability to push/publish to specific content teams (SDR, AE, CSM, Leader, etc.) is awesome

the reporting is a bit clunky but I can generally get what I need at a glance on a specific pages' live insights

also, the sync with google drive is really frustrating. there's some manual aspects to publishing slide decks that are a bit annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Seismic Content?

Seismic has been the one that made our organization a different game, it is really the best because of its features which are top-notch and they do improve our workflow. The very strong analytics tools give us the profound view of how our content is doing, which helps in adjusting our strategies for better customer engagement. I am particularly fascinated by the LiveSend feature; it enables me to monitor document interactions in real-time, thus I can tell when to follow up on deals. The first process of Seismic can be quite time-consuming, especially when organizing and tagging a large number of documents. At times, the on-site support for adoption issues was not enough to make sure that the maximum value from the very beginning is achieved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Seismic Content solving and how is that benefiting you?

Seismic resolves the issue of disorganized content by creating a single platform where everything is easily found and well-ordered.
