The system is easy to use for all levels of users. Having a CRM available to us and meeting bi-weekly keeping us up-to-date on updates allows us to be able to communicate pro-actively with our users. Seismic is an amazing tool for sharing content cross-functionally across the entire company. The best part about it is it cuts out the middle-man, so we no longer have to ask each other for information or content, because we can find it ourselves from one 'source of truth' as long as we have the permissions to view that content.
It saves us so much time and wasted comms, and my team definitely use it daily. I've also had really positive experiences with their team, who are always quick to respond, polite and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the upload process could be a little easier, as the adding extra information part isn't that obvious, even though it's quite crucial to have some background info on most docs. But this isn't a negative, just somewhere to improve! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The requirement to send separate emails to have insight into the tracking of what is opened and viewed. When separate emails are sent and multiple parties are involved they can't see who all received the email and think the others were omitted in error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
