What do you like best about Seismic Content?

The most useful thing is download in digital format all the technical documentation organized by type of product that can be easily used by users who do not have to waste time searching in multiple sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't see any disadvantages in using SEISMIC Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Seismic Content solving and how is that benefiting you?

Working in a large multinational, the main problem is sharing information equally to all users around the world. With SEISMIC it has been possible to do this and all company employees can access and retrieve the documentation they need on any product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Seismic Content?

The Seismic Customer Success team is one of the best. My companies customer success representative is our main goto person when it comes to Seismic related issues. As customer success rep, our rep is knowledgeable, helpful, always friendly and supportive, and always encourages and keeps us abreast of new training material and updates to the Seismic platform. It's the customer Success Team that makes working with Seismic one of the best platforms out there currently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Seismic Content?

So far my only questionable comment about Seismic, is that sometimes fixing errors in LivDocs are not easy fixes, and having to reach out for query fixes sometimes hold up work flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Seismic Content:

If you are considering Seismic, I would suggest that first you look at what are the goals you are trying to achieve with your company. Then look at how Seismic can fit into those goals, because Seismic has a lot to offer, and from a marketing production point of view Seismic not only maybe able to help in automation, and increasing workflow, but as a content management tool it will help in better supporting your sales staff. Automation, work flow, and Content management are the problems we are currently solving, or in the process of solving with the use of Seismic. What we has realized that Seismic is more than an automation tool, and that the use of Seismic as a content management tool would good be a great asset to our company.
