The onboarding process is quite easy - there are multiple checklists to get through with clear instructions. The AI-assisted features are great, too - it's much easier to create controls and documentation with their preset templates. This is a small detail, but there is often a delay between documenting a control and it showing up as passed. e.g. You upload a list of assets, which completes a test, but it takes a few hours for the test to show up as passed. Secureframe expedited analyzing and eliminating our process and software risks and vulnerabilities efficiently and effectively. What surprised us was the vulnerabilities we found with our Windows-based vendor AWS services through the advanced analytics of secure frame. Customer support is definitively one of the best things about Secureframe. You get to talk with a customer support manager from time to time, with GDPR, SOC2, HIPAA experts. You will supported all along.

I like a number of things about Secureframe. The interface is simpler than other security and compliance tools we've used, without compromising features, content, or functionality. The native integrations are relatively painless, and cover more of our vendors than other platforms we've tried. My favorite "feature" may be customer support - when I made a simple to make but difficult to undo low priority error, and initially chatted with a bot for support, I was nervous, but the team took care of me and got it resolved with 2 emails in less than 3 hours. Simplifies SOC 2 readiness project management, while making training tasks and tracking of tasks easy. Also automates notifications for tasks to complete to the right party. Don't have a frame of reference with other tools, but I don't see where the tool could be improved.
