Single pain of glass GRS SaaS tool to prepair for audits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Onboarding emails are getting marked as junk mail via M365 even afer being added to the allow list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Secureframe takes the guess work out of compliance. It is very easy to get in and start seeing areas for remediation early on. The remediation guidance is top notch and the automated scanning through integrations really cuts down on a lot of the audit work. Every interaction with the support team has been incredible with quick turnarounds and they don't judge me when I ask stupid questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the task and test management pieces would benefit from some bulk operations. It can get tedius when you have numerous items that need the same update. The AI tool for remediation is clearly still in the early stages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really enjoy their Ui layout and the flow of the info Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some say that Secureframe limits access for non-users, which can impact collaboration Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Secureframe for the last 4-5 months, and it has truly exceeded my expectations. What I like best about Secureframe are its standout features like great integration with AWS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In my time using Secureframe, I've found it to be an exceptional security solution overall. The platform's robust features and proactive support have greatly contributed to our cybersecurity strategy.
However, if I were to pinpoint an area for improvement, it would be the internal policies section. Navigating through certain aspects of internal policies proved to be a bit challenging initially. The complexity might pose a slight learning curve for users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use and quick to learn. Simple to implement and very easy to integrate in our clientrs enviorment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
theres honestly not much I dislilke about secureframe Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Secureframe makes each employees tasks and deliverables clear. Its easy for each person to understand what needs to be done next, and what the overall status of progress for the company looks like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The vendor portal could be a little more automated. They have a lot of information pre-populated, but still a good amount of work required to input every partner we have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have used Secureframe to manage our compliance with the SOC2 and PCI frameworks. The system integrates with most of the software / service platforms that we use, and immediately applies tests to each of the controls required by each of the frameworks you are using. The tests help you to follow best practices and give instructions on how to fix them. Once we were passing on all of our tests, our audit was much simpler than I've ever experienced before. Early on, we found that one of our tests was failing inconsistently regarding the enforcement of MFA for our staff. We needed to contact Secureframe customer support through their convenient chat tool in order to address this issue. Secureframe's team has corrected this problem though, and I have not noticed tests failing in this way anymore.
The one other thing that I wish were easier is that sometimes there are aspects of a particular user that I am unable to update as an administrator on our account (sometimes a user will get imported with their personal email from our benefits program and don't get their business email address added). Once again, an easy contact with support through chat has been able to address that problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SecureFrame has the best support team, hands down. Whenever we have a question about any issue, they respond within minutes and help us find the answers fast. Their compliance tests are relatively easy to follow along with, and the entire UI of the product makes it incredibly easy to get in compliance fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only complaint I have is that some of the connections to other services can be a bit tricky depending on how your backend is set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Secureframe's structured and collaborative approach has been super helpful for our company, which doesn't have any one person sitting in an operations or compliance role. By inviting the people who oversee tech, finance, HR, legal, etc. to use the system directly, we can get all the policies we need in place without needing extra overhead.
The integrations with our existing systems, eg Microsoft 365 and Github, have also been a major efficiency gain. One of the things we've found most arduous about audit prep has been bringing all of the information and evidence into one repository review. Secureframe makes that easy by checking systems configs itself, and telling you what checks have passed or failed.
Secureframe has also helped us overcome a frustrating little challenge we faced as a small business: recording that policies had been read/accepted, and that training had been attended. Now we can manage this training for all employees on an annual basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a section that allows you to add key information that comes up in vendor due dilligence questionnaires, and Secureframe will help try to answer these questionnaires for you using machine learning. The UX here is a little confusing, and we haven't been able to get it to work correctly. A colleague of mine spent a whole day manually entering questions and answers into the Knowledge Base section, because he didn't see that it was possible to upload previously completed questionnaires (in CSV or Excel format). Now we're afraid to upload the questionnaires, because we aren't sure what's going to happen to his manually entered work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is easy to start using and integrates with our cloud service easily. Their customer service quickly solved the few things we couldn't solve ourselves. Many different features are available, and I especially like the step-by-step guide that tells us how to solve failing tests. None of the other providers we looked at had that feature. I haven't found anything that I dislike about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
